Just before the 30 minute point of this video you see a moment on Myles Kennedy's face that is pure love, pride in friendship and the absolute approval of another living beings value to this world. The way he looks at Mark Tremonti as he finishes his guitar solo...says it ALL! The love between these guys is obvious and pure! No ego, Myles is clearly proud of his friend Mark!

i've watched dozens and dozens of alter bridge/slash-conspirators/misc. myles acoustic performances on youtube over the years. this is one of myles's best vocal performances i've had the good fortune of stumbling upon. one of the most talented rock musicians of his generation
Live in Amsterdam was definitely their best performance imo. The crowd was on point with the band as well.

I dedicated "watch over you" to my daughter, we can't listen to it with a dry eye any longer. Beautiful lyrics and accompaniment like this just doesn't happen anymore, thank you all for this wonderful contribution to humanity.
It was such an incredible concert. Watch over you is the best song ever. It causes me a mixture of emotions every single time I listen to it.

This show made me realize three things. 1) alter bridge imo actually even sound better live!!! 2) PRS needs to make a Myles Kennedy signature, that man can really play!! 3) AB is great while in quarantine...
Agreed!! Allthough Myles is/was playing a Tele on the most recent tour, so we might get a Myles Kennedy tele from Fender, which would also be kinda cool!!

good ? no not rlly. To much distortion on guitars, lead vocals suck without studio cleaning and his solos are sloppy. 14:28 sloppy solo, dem bends were out of tune aswell. 15:25 clean solo as it should be and bends were good. Its one of those "punch distortion to the max so that the crowd wouldnt hear how bad we play" kind of bands.

Acho que principalmente o Mark, eu já achava o Mark genial no Creed, cara o dedilhado da one last breath, a progressão da música, do Ré ele pula pro Fá#, o cara tinha muita noção do tava fazendo ! Mas o Creed tinha que soar radiofônico, acho que por isso o Mark se segurava....

I discovered Tremonti (the band) with the song Unable to see .. it became my favorite song for years .. still got goosebumps all over when I'm listening to it and still can't resist to play it twice ...! please give this one of a kind musician some credits he deserves 🙏🤘

There's been two bands in life who I've really enjoyed live and who are awesome. 1. Alter bridge 2 Gojria two different types of bands but Gorjia live is something else!!
They played there that evening as well, and it actually blasted me away. Had no relation to Gojira before, but totally caught me.
I've listened few songs from Gojira, but still not impressed. Why do you think they are good? Can you recommend me some songs :)

@@tiffy3260 I've already listened it, it's a really good song. Gojira's Mario is an incredible drummer. I'm not impressed with Gojira's guitar work yet but it's their drum work which is amazing and technical. And Myles and Mario are friends :). They even did a short comedy video together 😅.
@@RG049 i don't know how to play any musical instruments so I can't really judge how great each instrument is played..i jz like the "sound" of some music and the "feels" they give, and i like both alter bridge and gojira. :)
