Dude is s trying to build a case against her so he can look justified in moving on to the woman he's already seeing. Outside of the necklace incident, everything he brought up was so small yet he acted so dramatic about them. Just say you found someone else and go.
I’m not going to say everything was small because when you work hard to build up your credit score to do some things and a person comes into your life and causes it to drop which affects BOTH OF YOU, that’s pretty significant (not divorcé worthy, but significant).

The real issue is he is a score keeper. She may be careless at times and may not delegate her time well but ANY relationship WILL DIE if either of the parties are score keepers and don’t realize the “business/work” side of cultivating an intentional union.
She need to move on. He don't know how to move on. People make mistakes, talk about it and move on. Don't keep harping on it or it will destroy your relationship.

I’m busy living my life and protecting my peace. And there is a huge difference between being lonely and being alone.
