- Thank you so much for checking out my remix/tribute for one of my favorite movies, "Swiss Army Man" (2016).
This was one of the first ever movies I sampled and wanted to remix back in 2017 when I first started to make music, but I couldn't come up with anything that sounded good enough to me. This specific remix was started way back in the beginning of 2019 and I recently came back to it to clean and finish it all up. I hope you guys enjoy!

I believe you're thinking of the edit he did, using this movie. But it wasn't a remix, it was using a song from BENEE or how you spell her name. If I'm not wrong, lol.

@@TheMadsC Nah I actually briefly showed this song on a livestream back in 2019 but I only finished the song now haha. As for the other edit, I actually used a POGO song for it! It was "Oons Upon A Time".

This movie is definitely not for everyone haha, but for some reason I thought this movie rocked when I first watched it back in like 2017 and I've loved it ever since.

tbh it is kinda confusing how a dead corspe comes back to life but nice remix you should remix the sandlot
I think the movie leaves it up to us to decide if it's all in Hank's head on whether the corpse came to life or if it actually did happen which is even crazier. That's part of the reason I loved this movie, because of how ambiguous the ending is.
How do you make the samples sound like they're singing? Is there a tutorial by any chance? Cause I'm very interested in how to make them sound like that. Do you need any plugins to do that? Autotune or melodyne?
Well, in some cases for this movie the actors were actually singing haha. But a bunch of the voices I chopped up were already melodic. I try to go through the movie and listen really closely for parts where it sounds like a small melody in regular speech. You gotta train your ear to do it, but once you figure it out you hear it all the time. I do tune some vocals here and there but I wouldn't recommend investing in melodyne since you can tune pretty easily in most DAWs.
