It looks like a health centre from the outside, just like a commercial building. The finish is excellent and the kitchen, bathrooms etc are high quality but definitely not what I would have as my home of choice in any way.
That and Alderley Edge is barely 5 miles away from Manchester Airport so whoever buys it can enjoy being under the flight path.... That and it's common joke in the area that Alderley and Wilmslow are where all the Manchester United/City footballers live.
The home is quite lovely, it will not fit everyone's preference but that can always be adjusted with personal items. I do feel the home is overpriced. The kitchen appliances while miele, is on the lower end and some touches that I saw 6 years ago in a reno (which I know the prices). Nonetheless beautiful modern home but price needs adjustment.

Composite wood-effect material doesn't "rot" at all! It might degrade in 30 years time but the "good stuff" is so durable, one has to wonder why normal wooden decking is used at all, ok, apart from the price difference 🤔

The finest village is ALWAYS the village that the particular property is located it. The only exception is if the property is located in an upcoming area, then obviously its a bargain only a fool would pass by.
You can keep this cold, sterile modern build. There is no comfort and cosiness to this house and it lacks grace and real warmth in it. The place looks more like the owners wanted to show off and didn't balance it out to keep any homely vibes to it. The bedrooms look more like a holiday place and the bathroom is cold looking and not somewhere to have a nice soak. This is a big thumbs down to me and there wasn't one element of it I liked.

It is a home and we all have opinions about it and I personally found it a cold house without comfort and it is irrelevant if you or I could afford it and I am allowed to comment on it like anybody else. To me, it was all modern looks without the character of an inviting home and money cannot buy warmth and a home you feel is somewhere you would want to live and be in comfort. It was stark to me and it is not about money but personal taste and I personally found it lacking in any character.
