The Combi I have has a option to reset the Combo to factory setting - I guess that will do the trick for you. But be care full if you have imported custom recipe from USB - make sure you take back up of those before factory reset.

I have this but it’s telling me to input a service pin when I switch it on. Really lost because it’s not the same pin as the water filter box
