Why is he been giving such a massive job & to give him all decisions on the football side while still paying & having Brian McDermott there is completely strange to say the least. Why not just give him the managers job & let McDermott do what he’s paid to do.

We really do not know what the overall strategy is going to be. Malky Mackay sounds professional. That is it so far. In contrast David Gray has not come across very well in interviews especially after the Livingston game. Not inspiring which is disappointing. Would love this combination to do well. Where Brian McDermott comes in to this is a mystery at present. Hope the Black Knights have a formula to combine everything. Have a season ticket and somewhat hopeful anyway 😀

I like him his experience in football is probably his biggest skill set in his long career he'll have seen all walks of life, all types of people, all types of scenarios and all types of players. Coaches, managers you name it he's probably seen it. The fact he's wearing a green suit and wants to do well for our club should be all that matters. All that past stuff should be left at the door.
