I can imagine him winning with super kaioken if he took him out quickly. I doubt cell would let him use it a second time since he knows all the z fighters moves.

As much as I love this, Goku probably couldn’t beat Cell at that level, even with IT. Goku even said himself that he would have been no match

Goku would own Cell on arival, would be a good match vs Cell that fought
The Namek but would do nothing against Imperfect Cell's last appearence vs Android and The Namek, Unless Goku uses Super Kaioken, Advanced, Ultra or Mastered SSJ forms...
@@Extrasailor Goku would of only beat initial imperfect cell upon arrival with super kaioken, piccilo is about half of 17 before kami's fusion but the same strength after kammicilo. Imperfect cell however tanked an attack that was a 4x multiplier judging by the fact that piccolo opted to use a different technique then the special beam canon against imperfected cell in there second fight, and cell tanked it, which means imperfect cell and 16 might actually be 8x stronger then piccolo. Goku stands no chance even if he had superkaiokenx10 he would not beat full power imperfect cell, due to stamina issues alone.

It’s hard because kaioken should work for both but dragonballs writing is…imperfect…so we don’t see all we should. If ya give goku kaioken and not cell then yeah he wins. I put cel above goku pre HBTC though. Sure piccolo wrecked him,but he put up enough of a fight I can’t see anyone accept piccolo,17,18 beating him 1v1 unless you give goku kaioken only and we need away cell’s hax.
Great editing as always. Sucks we never saw goku fight his first two forms and have a history with cell. They barely spoke to each other even though cel was MADE for goku.

Cell wins easily. Even if Goku can use the Kaioken with SSJ. Piccolo described Cell as ' way stronger than the androids.' The same androids SSJ Vegeta was helpless against, and Goku heavily implied that Vegeta is equal to him
Cell is two leagues above SSJ Goku. It's not at all a stretch to say Cell is twice as strong as SSJ Goku. Meaning that kaioken would at best, make Goku as strong as Cell
It certainly doesn't help that combining Super Saiyan, a draining form to maintain, with the Kaioken, a technique that takes a lot out of the user, is a quick way to lose due to exhaustion

Can you make Kaioken Perfect Cell vs Goku?
By my calculations Perfect Cell Saga with Kaioken x 4 would own SSJ 3 Goku from Buu Saga as Perfect Cell using 1 x Kaioken would be on par with Gohan...
But if Perfect Cell would use Kaioken x 20 he would be 5x the Strength of SSJ 3 Goku and would own many including Dabura, Majin Vegeta, Majin Buu, Evil Buu, Normal and SSJ Gotenks, SSJ 2 Gohan etc.

I don't get it, if this is post Hyperbolic Time Chamber than he was already like 60% as strong as Perfect Cell in that arc, so it's not even a contest. Conversely, if it was pre-Hyperbolic Time Chamber, then he would be no match for Imperfect Cell, he wouldn't even be a match for the androids, even without his heart virus. Which era of ssj goku is this?
