I tried this recipe with frozen boneless basa from Costco. It doesn’t taste anything and the texture was smooth but not bouncing...like it suppose to be. I found in another blogger video that salt is very important and react with the protein to create and create the bouncing texture. We end up trippling the salt quantity and it was perfect. We also add chopped green oignon which gives a little bit color . The recipe gives almost 95 fish balls : )
i don't understand how you make it? you showing us only starch but i saw you blend something with flour, not so well step by step, sorry
what fish is that?
instead of corn starch i will use 100 pumpkin, in powder form. so it will be vegestable and fish with natural sweetner like blended mango. So it will be 100% organic fish balls no added sugar etc. I wonder if this will work with chiken.
What kind of fish is it?
Not using any oil for frying ? As a Korean I have lots of frozen fish flesh and haven’t eaten it well . I wish I could cook this before I dum it . 😂
Can cod be used?
I love thank you so much
Is there replacement of wine? Not contain alcohol 😆
What sort of fish we can use? We can't get any Chinese fish here in Australia. I heard snappers would do or "Ya Dai"?
looks great and still easier than I expected! lovely recipe video! thank you

Hi Elaine! I have a question. If I don't have flat beater for my mixer, can I use the wire whisk or the kneader instead? Cause I'm not using kitchenaid mixer. Or should I use food processor instead?
