Try to run in spaces and confuse your opponents by performing skills and v-drag and spam croquettes till u think ur good to go
The trick of dribbling is to look at your opponents position and how close he is to u and as soon as u see an empty place go for it
Or if you don't see a space , go slow and let them make their move then the space is yours

As of anticipation you do some fake moves like fake passing or if u think that u could meg a player go for it, if it happens it is your benefit and if it doesn't, the ball with rebound and then u could dribble past him
And if u think there is no chance of u dribbling just pass to the nearby player and shout out "Again" or "Pass" while running in spaces with less defenders
This is what I could explain or one more thing analize before u try to dribble and try to watch as much pro tips from this channel as well as some other creators and watch clips of pro footballers dribbling
