Extremely Poor service Buyer beware We purchased our Tele X from Heatherbrae and picked it up on 29th August after being assured all of our inclusions would be delivered to our door. This never happened. It is now November ten and we have had assurances from staff at Heatherbrae, state managers and staff at Head office that the issue would be fixed. We were eventually given our canvas.....the WRONG canvas. Now head office and heatherbrae are unable to trace where our canvas is. Lodgements with Fair trading and the ACCC have been made and still Austrack refuses to take any responsibility for the error that they have made. We are still waiting for a complete camper. We have been sold a camper unfit for sale and a camper that is not up to standard.

Great camper, shame about the awning, what a shit show. Try setiing that up every second day on a 4 week trip.
