Say what you want about Matt but there is nobody more open and forthcoming about all aspects of life and business.I can’t believe you have a team good enough to deliver what you want, without you overthinking and managing every step.I personally am rooting for you every step of the way, as are so many others. Kinda wild how big this business has grown. I've been here since the GT350. Matt is about the only person (that I watch) that shows the business side of his youtube career.

When I stumbled upon an OG video of the Helen house months back I initially thought Uncle Matty was pompous and kind of annoying. Then I realized that he's actually nothing like that. He's transparent and honest all the time and just tells it like it is. If he doesn't like something, he says it. If he loves something, he raves about it. He's a true pioneer in many different industries and is doing something really special. So happy for him and the team and can't wait to see the building. Now excuse me while I go order some stuff!

Matt and his crew are actually living the American dream. Work hard...grow... Work hard...grow again. My eyes actually welled up seeing the intercutting of Matt talking and the footage of everybody teaming together to move into the new place. I think of you people as family and I couldn't be more happy for your success. Why, because you're all decent people. My success is growing too and as Mike F. would say as my "monies" grow so will my purchases from OG.

I’ve been watching/supporting OG since the initial garage with the S2000 as a 22 year old punk kid with goals and ambition of my own. Along the way I’ve seen Matt and the team grow into the team they are today. The transparency you provide and detail you go into helped push me to achieve more of myself. I’ve never commented on videos on CZcams, but I felt the need to say Thank you! Your drive not only pushes you to achieve more but also pushes other (myself included) to achieve more. Over the last 8 years I’ve grown up, matured, started a family and have reached some of my career milestones that I would have never though would be possible 8 years ago. Now I’m planning out my next 10 years right along side you and the team! Congrats Matt and the OG team and well wishes for future success!
The obsessed Garage organization has not only inspired me to grow, it has opened up the world to meeting like minded people. I knew nothing about The Rag Company until learning about the towels here at OG and realizing they're in my own back yard. From there the relationships along the way have been wonderful!

Matt, it sounds like you’re realizing the fruits of your labor. When you can build a team that can execute your vision without so much as a phone or zoom call, you’ve got the right people working for you. And that spawns from great leadership. So pat yourself on the back, (but not too hard) as you’ve done what so many start-ups and small business fail to do…inspire their employees.
Keep up the good work and as a customer I thank you for employing those who make your vision a reality and do it to the level you’d demand from yourself. As you’d say, they are “Dialed In”
I'm excited to see some of the things I missed along the way like the hose manufacturing / curated. Much bigger canvas to watch you build things out and change along the way to provide interesting content.
Finding, hiring and keeping quality people is the hardest part of operating a business but you can tell your guys really respect you and are enjoying the ride.

Been watching Matt since 2015 when he got his M3 F80. He's a testament of hard work, putting in the grind and being smart about it. Watching OG grow to where it is is amazing and to think, it did take several years to be this successful. Rome wasn't built in a day! The team there is amazing to have taken the helm and felt empowered to move and setup the product without Matt present or have any say in it. Trust in the team is one of the building blocks for a business. Matt just does it right. That team is living a dream!

Only advice I would give is to slot everything through velocity slotting. Productivity will increase and costs go down. Just because something is similar doesn't mean it should be next to each other. Just my 90 cents worth.

It seems as though this transition is bigger than just a building. A big chapter in your life and a show of growth and change in your workflow.
