How we fixed poor Application performance in Mt.Hagen

Here is a video that talks about how we resolved slowness and poor application performance for one of our customers in Papua New Guinea. We went deep and also analysed link quality, link performance and application usage to understand the cause of slowness- Windows Updates during business hours.
Once we understood the root cause, we used used scheduling to have Windows updates run outside of business hours.
