Gotham has literally gotten better and better every season. I don't think I've ever watched a show where it ups the quality from season to season. Season 1 sucked, too lol. That's just my opinion of course.

Gotham is truly an amazing show. The whole cast and crew are seriously underrated, especially Ben. I'm so pissed that the show has been cancelled, there's room for so much more but it's had such a good run. Gonna miss it man :( x

In fact, it was canceled, DC (or wb I don't remember exactly) put a lot of trouble in the production. For example, Jim's mustache, not being able to use the Joker name or Batman's name, and many more.
OMG!!! I had no idea! Morena Baccarin, his wife in RL, is also his love interest in Gotham. They both work together on the show and just got married in day before yesterday's episode on Gotham. That's awesome!!! I love that they work together on that show.
I know him from the o.c. and he acts great as Detective Gordon. Best choice.

Barry Allen All in all it was multiple parties. The picky comic and Batman fans. The mainstream tv watchers that only want doctor, family, reality shows, and other programs just like that mainly.. WB for killing our official 🃏 on the show, to keep him and other characters to theirselves for just the films, and the FOX/Disney merger.
And networks like Netflix, that didn’t pick up the show to continue it, once it was stated that the show was going to have a finale season on FOX.☹️💔

Along with the years of The O.C., his break and lead at that, you should check out Southland, the amazing, just re-released Johnny Got His Gun on iTunes, Amazon, etc., which he's the only actor in and will just floor you, and Goodbye World.
Kind of a fun fact. He's also Batman at one point, he's the voice of Batman on Batman: Year One!

I'd say she's fortunate (as well). He's a rarity, especially in Hollywood: smart, gracious, funny, hard-working, generous, with a good head on his shoulders and the right priorities. Someone who gives his time on behalf of others quietly and without fanfare isn't the norm. He's also multi-talented as an excellent actor, director and writer.

It should be, since so very many times Arrow got lower ratings than ‘Gotham’ each week, and it turned in mostly bad episodes in Season 3 and on. But the CW doesn’t care about ratings as much as main broadcast networks..

I could rewatch Arrow season 1,2, and 3 over and over again. I loved the dark and gritty ways, the flashbacks and the surprises. I have been struggling to finish the series. Arrow missed a bit opportunity. The island blew up and all but one survived. I don't care for Renee and really really get bored with Diane.

Gotham is a great show, it never exceeds in boring me. There's always something going on. I'm upset because it's ending though, I really think they should make more seasons. I've came up with some idea's like maybe they could make another show when he's older, all the character's reunight and find their way to each other. Also they could resurrect the Valeska twins so they will cause some chaos. Possibly them willing to work together.........
Can't some other network take Gotham and continue ? Ffs there's so much left to show. Only people who have read comics know what I'm talking about.....
