    hi, which would you choose between this and topeak hexus x? these also has $15 difference in our country hexus($25) vs wayside($40) thanks

      Hi there - personally I would go for the Hexus X - I think it's the best balance for me both on the road and mountain biking. The plus to the Wayside is the removable hex keys if that's what you want.

    Great review. However, on another multitool review, your opinion was that the phillips bit would be better replaced with a small flat bit as that is more useful with worn philips heads. Would the flat bit on this tool not do the trick for phillips head screws?

      Hi William and thanks for taking the time to comment. From experience the Philips/cross-head screws that I've had to work on have been the limit screws (upper, lower and B) - unfortunately the flathead screwdriver on the Blackburn is too large to fit in them 🙂

    Great review , hows the quality of the allen keys ? Will they last or are they cheap ,soft metal thanks
