The pre-modded, purple intruder was definitely from a pedestrian, yeah..
I mean he prob customised it before he said in it discord
a few guys cheated and brought their car from their garage... for example, the yellow Sentinel XS is a rare spawn that you can find around west vinehood only between 22:00 and 4:00 in the night, so the guy definitely didn't steal it at that time
Can also be spawned at daytime in front of the Xero Gas midtown close to the construction site, but need to brute force it by driving other Sentinel XS. (Rare thing to happen in Freeroam and works WAY better by using Contact Missions with "frozen" time or can also work by using DM's frozen time glitch method).
Same thing for A LOT of NPC's tuned cars, mainly the gang cars, Dubsta, Rat-Loader, Sandking, Ruiner, Sabre, Surfer, Dominator and even Mariachi's Tornado.
Few cars have multiple spawns in both night and day and reminder that some cars CAN spawn pre-tuned in front of some LSC's like in Story Mode.
There's a thread + list in GTAForums just for those specific NPC's cars.
