Chelsea were competitive for the first half. They gave it a go for that half and the game was still alive until the 2nd goal which was in the 50th minute. They forced arsenal to play well and it was only once they went 2-0 and very quickly 3-0 before they threw the towel in. Did Brighton do the same? I don't think so.

@MrKiant are you some sort of Literalist ? No team ever has won every single game. It's what's known as generalisation. No team stops City in general. They have no historic rivals. Even Manchester United don't rouse themselves for the Manchester Derby. This is factually proven. They have very very few teams that offer a fight against them based on peps entire time at the club. I'll spell out 3 teams during a season who sometimes take points off them and not just based upon a one season sample. Literalist.
Liverpool, Palace and Tottenham. Now, having been in a title race with them, I back up what I say. Martin is feeling what all Liverpool fans have felt for 7 years. You hope someone will give them a game and not wilt under their aura. But they don't. Apart from the occasional anomaly.
