    Patient instantly feels relief after Dr Cipriano's Y-strap full spine (Full Body) whole body Chiropractic adjustment. Dr Cipriano's neck strap adjustment (neck pull adjustment) is very powerful that decompresses the entire spine removing pressure off the nerves to allow the body to heal and function. Dr Cipriano is a full body (whole body) chiropractor that uses a neck strap (y strap) adjustment device to manually decompress the spine. Instant relief after y strap. Loud chiropractic cracks in neck, loud chiropractic cracks in mid back and loud chiropractic cracks in low back. Any crack addict will enjoy.
    A chiropractor treats many conditions affecting the nervous system and musculoskeletal system. Think of a chiropractor as a doctor who cares for any kind of muscle, bone or joint pain or dysfunction. The most common reasons for a chiropractic adjustment include:
    Lower back pain.
    Neck pain.
    Muscle pain.
    Headaches.
    In addition, chiropractors can treat musculoskeletal pain anywhere in your body: in your head and jaws, shoulders, elbows and wrists, hips and pelvis and your knees and ankles.
    Scraping therapy, also known as gua sha, is an ancient Chinese healing technique that involves scraping the skin with a massage tool to improve circulation and promote healing. Here are some of the potential benefits of scraping therapy:
    Pain relief: Scraping therapy can help alleviate pain by increasing blood flow to the affected area, reducing inflammation, and releasing tension in the muscles and connective tissues.
    Improves circulation: The scraping action of gua sha promotes circulation, which can help deliver oxygen and nutrients to the tissues while removing metabolic waste products.
    Reduces muscle tension: By breaking up adhesions and knots in the muscles, scraping therapy can help relax tight muscles and improve flexibility.
    Boosts immune function: Some studies suggest that gua sha may stimulate the immune system by increasing the production of anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting compounds.
    Detoxification: Scraping therapy is believed to help the body detoxify by stimulating the lymphatic system and promoting the removal of toxins from the tissues.
    Improves skin health: Gua sha can improve circulation to the skin, leading to a healthier complexion and potentially reducing the appearance of wrinkles and blemishes.
    Enhances sports performance: Athletes often use scraping therapy to aid in recovery after intense workouts, as it can help reduce muscle soreness and improve range of motion.
    Stress reduction: The gentle scraping motion of gua sha can have a relaxing effect on the nervous system, helping to reduce stress and promote a sense of well-being.
    What happens after a chiropractic adjustment?
    After a chiropractic adjustment, you might feel mild soreness or have very minor aches in areas of your body that your chiropractor worked on. This feeling usually goes away within 24 hours and rarely affects people who see a chiropractor regularly.
    After your appointment, your chiropractor might recommend “homework” for you to extend your therapy after an adjustment. These recommendations might include:
    Exercises and stretches.
    Proper ergonomics for improving your posture.
    Icing/heat therapy or topical analgesics.
    Advice on nutrition, diet, weight or general health.
    Ways to manage stress and relax muscles.
    Electrical muscle stimulation using transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulators (TENS).
    What is a Y Strap Adjustment?
    The Y strap, also known as the y-axis traction strap, is a chiropractic decompression tool. Like hands-on spinal decompression, the Y strap works to decompress the vertebrae by gently stretching the spine. The Y-Axis Traction Strap allows doctors to perform traction as well as mobilization to the Y-axis. The Y-Axis Traction Strap corrects “kinks” in the epi-pia collagen network. The cartilage and collagen of the joint capsules are shortened and strengthened on the acute angle side of the deviations, making correction difficult unless stretching and time-dependent procedures are used. Patients may feel the release from the sub-occipital region of the skull down through the cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions of the spine. Where one is most out of alignment, is where the effect is felt most.

      @jillkohlenberg1010 Před měsícem +15

      Whew, I agree. I've only seen the long sword contraption used on people with particularly large muscles, and all of them would have stopped at an earlier point. I love gua sha, but this seemed overly aggressive to continue with so much pressure. (Of course, I understand I'm not a practioner and can't share from a professional perspective. But this seemed excessive and is the first time I've seen gua sha that I would avoid.)

      Usually acupuncturists do cupping and scrapping (gua sha). They encourage your body to heal itself by activating signals to send proteins and stuff to heal things. I am NOT an acupuncturist but used to go for years after I was hit by a semi truck and for tummy issues. Forgive me if my explanations aren't perfectly accurate or in medical terms. Eastern medicine can be so awesome. They train for years to understand all the body's connections!

    • @kellystraube2989
      @kellystraube2989 Před měsícem +1

      It's not pleasant at all but brings fresh blood flow to the area which can cleanse the muscles and break apart the fascia that holds things in the wrong position. It's similar to cupping and is a bit more aggressive but the way your body heals after this is AMAZING. It continues to heal and treat the issue for days after you leave. Really great for longterm relief. Gotta drink a ton of water in those days and do lots of deep breathing to make sure the area is oxygenated and can cleanse itself. Worth it!

    you're not scraping right, you are way too aggressive - ANYONE would get large hematoma like that if you put THAT MUCH FORCE behind it. a scrapping is supposed to be soft but deep and you will se THE REAL damage the body has rather then the cover up job your doing... think of it this way , if a child did the scraping would you get the same result ?

      Compare his technique with dr. Mondragon. It’s the same. Dr. Mondragon is always asking her patients if they’re ok because she knows what she’s doing is uncomfortable. The technique is needed to breakup scar tissue which is going to result in deep red/purple discolor. That’s when the healing begins.

    From a License massage therapist for over 20 years I just want to say that this is overkill with the scraping. Over time it will be so counter-productive. You can tell that every client are guarding so hard cause it hurts so much. But it creates good tv.

    • @user-se4vi8do1w
      @user-se4vi8do1w Před 28 dny

      I was wondering about guarding too, especially after injury. I’m a therapist too and I try and use therapy to send messages back to the brain to slowly unguard the area. If it’s wise of course.

    • @ryancase5367
      @ryancase5367 Před 28 dny +1

      That’s cool. Yeah tools are a great way to help but only in the right way. It’s fun to watch but there are better techniques that just “beating” someone up like that. The speed is important just like the direction is equally important. The amount of strokes is super important as well. Will she heal up? Yes, will she feel better? Yes. But the long term effects won’t know. It’s a case by case basis. I’m just curious why the soft tissue wasn’t addressed prior to the first y axis adjustment. A problem is that basic massage doesn’t address the clients needs. Have to have someone who knows how the body works. Best wishes to you!
