Most of the people I have found that mod are 2 types of people. 1 being the people that just want to have fun and don’t got time for heard management. 2 being the people who are lazy and don’t want to grind

Modded servers on COTW PC is one of the reasons why I only play on console
I respect people wanting to mod their own single player servers it’s there game and they can have fun I guess but ruining it for other people on multiplayer is so rude because just like scarecrow said he thought he was lucky and then heartbreak sorry crow but keep doing what you do crow!

Just a btw scarecrow I know a guy who goes through and grinds herds on multiplayer so others can join and get their diamonds and great ones. Maybe not the case here but it does happen!

Grinding for my first black bear great one after my third and final fallow deer great when it was 2300 kills I'm checking all of my exteriors and so far a lot of them are already shot down/low levels should I still shoot them to get them to the new drinking time or leave them?

Hey, Scarecrow, I forgot to tell you earlier during your live stream that on Layton Lakes you have a whitetail zone that you prob haven’t found but the water doesn’t show on the map, it is in Ronachee Highs like 500 meters North of the bottom left lake by the outpost, in case you have any missing whitetail👍

I stopped playin multiplayers since I would always be thrown out by connection errors or something. Bought my own map and grindin. I feel a bit angry since I don't even have a great one after playin all this time while some have tons. But yeah I am happy with my diamonds I spawn legitely.

If you have multi-player server like this one chock full of people who are doing herd management, wouldn't the positive effect of that method be available for everyone who plays there?
As a modder myself I never do multiplayer servers cause that reminds
Ruins the fun for other people I modded my game to give me couple rares and a GO on every map right now I only got 2 Go and maybe 10 rares .
I like to go on multiplayer sometimes because I want to try and find trophies on maps that are less explored but when ever I get a trophy I have to stay around for so long just to check it's legit I have only been in 2 hacked servers so far one I left instantly there was a herd of super rare ducks and the other there was 9 red deer everywhere. Once I was able to find 3 diamonds in about 40 mintues I think one was a banteng though but I stayed a extra 2 and half hours just to check if the server was legit luckily it was that time

How do you get the option for world wide multiplayer
I’ve played with mods a few times but never opened up my maps to multiplayer EXCEPT when I played with my brother and he was fine with it - he’s doesn’t play the game very often anyways. I have two accounts, one where I have used mods and the other I haven’t touched with any mods

I won't cast judgement on how people play their game. But in the question if the modding has changed, well most of the update didn't change the animals themselves only the class tag (and of course what that encompasses) So I don't think most of the tools would need an update, since the game is still "The same"

That one looked like he had the rarity boosted mod on. It doesn't make everything a diamond but it super boost the odds of top rolling an animal.

The only way I’d keep trophies like that would be to put in its own trophy lodge for modded servers and not in my personal lodge

I really wish we could get mod compatibility like other games have. Like I do a lot of map modding for Ark Survival Evolved and even some new creatures. I've gotten really good at it. I honestly wish we could do the same for this game. Like being able to mod in new animals and maps would be amazing to me! I'd personally stop modding Ark to mod this game.
If the devs could find a way to support the steam workshop things would be different for sure. Then it would not be so bad imo as it would technically be supported

I have a mod that only increases the amount of deployables on the map; so I can have a lot more tents since I found it really annoying I can only have 8-9 max🤷🏻♂️That’s the only mod I use though because I don’t want the experience of actually finding my first diamond or great one be rigged. Do yall think that’s cheating?🤔

I found a great one in a multiplayer on Xbox
So I do try and find modded servers and kill and tax the animals but I put them in a separate lodge so that I can just look at some of the things I’m wanting and seeing if they are worth it like I have school so I don’t reallly have time to g1 grind so going to modded servers and putting them in a separate lodge I don’t think is bad I just like looking at them I don’t post them or take pics of them just look at them

I don't care for trophies that much, I like exploring the maps, and if I find something nice or rare, great, if not, then, oh well
I don't play anymore, but I used to play with one mod. I liked increasing the render distance to 750m, and I never played multiplayer. Just liked trying for very long range shots, to the point I messed up the only great one I ever had spawn and have more messed up diamonds than real diamonds. I did manage a 714 meter turkey kill with the 22 though.

I found the most modded sever EVER there was not a single female and every thing was a max lvl and rare fur or GO🤢🤢it was the most disgust feeling ever running around on it I was taking a look at what I could find and it just got worse and worse 😂😂

tbh it was probably a 2 player max server he booted up using a double pc setup... start up mods on one account, start server, join server with other account and act mad about modders to keep your little secret type shit.
there's a lot of mods that give you the option to make them less obvious so i really wouldn't be surprised if these content creators are doing it.

EW should implement some anti-cheat feature. Like it would read your animal population files and check if they're legit, and if not it would ban you from multiplayer.
