Comedy is all about (say it with me, folks): TIMING, TIMING, TIMING. That line could not have been one millisecond earlier or later than it was.
I'm so glad Chris' headshot story did NOT go in the direction pretty much everybody assumed it'd go. No sleazy come-on, no "but you'll wear nothing but that shirt" or "how about you pay me in other ways" kinda stuff, just a dude who liked taking photos, pre-digital times, so not even keeping copies. And probably enjoyed having attractive company but not being creepy. That's wholesome. Good man.
More likely, once he realized Chris wasn't responding to signals, he decided to finish the shoot and get him to go.
Not to mention that photo was amazing. Whatever his motives, the guy knew his stuff

BigAVdc I'm a fan of this guy since he was in Everwood and in recent years he has been in several movies and series and was brilliant in all, but always in supporting roles so no one ever cared about him ... I've seen it dozens of interviews and I can guarantee to you that he is a normal and super simple guy and genuinely funny and gentle, then definitely this is not acting, he lives always being reprimanded by publicists and such by swearing or being too honest about everything ... incredibly It has only made people like him even more... He lived in Hawaii in a tent on the beach for a while, serving snacks, was door-door salesman, his family never had money and he always worked from an early age, and then married, had to put on weight and lose weight and fight for every role he could, and always ignored because his wife was always much more famous, they had a son who was born premature, and he always appeared in front of people happy and playful, do not have one person who worked with the guy who does not adore him, anyways, if you research the life of this guy is really an inspiration ...

btw i don't really mind his success, good for him, just don't tell me there's something authentic about the guy

Melissa and Chris are amazing! So down to earth and on this planet which is rare for celebrities. It's a very attractive quality and I'm chuffed that they have the success they deserve :)
I think the show also helps with that. They get more than 5 minutes of air time, they can be themselves and curse and joke around, and everyone keeps each other leveled. Jonathan Ross's show has a similar thing, where he also makes fun of the guest(s). In America you're mostly put on a pedestal, and you're not allowed to do anything out of the ordinary, cause God forbid some kids might be watching.
slaQ83 I found Graham Norton when we had a huge satellite dish. I used to watch him on the American version too. I always liked his show better than American talk shows. Funny & I like the large group with a variety of personalities, even more fun.

I know Melissa and Chris have different types of comedic timing and styles, but I would love to see them in a movie together if for no other reason than to see two good-hearted, down to earth people come together as the greatest comedic force ever known to man kind.

Oh my gosh! I swear I was so surprised that it turned out well, it sound like a kid being asked if he wants candy from a white van and then he just got candy huh 🤷♀️
Sometimes people can be nice without there being an ulterior motive (obviously it doesn't happen often enough as people assume the worst even when there isn't anything bad about it) this guy obviously just helped out someone who would later become a big celebrity. I have often helped people out, I don't do it for selfish reasons I just like to help others, I think it would be a much better world if people were just nice to their fellow human beings (I even help animals as it's the right thing to do). Sadly this world is full of a lot of negativity, toxicity, hate etc I want to spread as much positivity, kindness, love etc as I can just so people have a nice day, hopefully one day more good will be in the world than bad stuff. I hope whoever is reading this is doing okay during the current times stay safe everyone, sending you & your families love, positive thoughts & best wishes for the future 💛
