This was Robin’s signature song and was played at his funeral.
You should really checkout the version from 1968 as well. Robin was probably 17 or 18 when it was originally recorded and his voice was just stunningly beautiful for someone of that age.
Fanny Be Tender with my Love..... Please react!! You will NOT be disappointed. Ir was their mothers favorite song by them. You have to hear it!
YES!!
My favorite song of theirs.
I love Robins voice...Youve GOT to react too..I Just Got to Get A Message... From this same One Night Only show,...Robin and Barry taking turn singing lead is amazingggg..And the harmonizing? Wow
Those were the best songs when Barry and Robin traded off on the verses with the harmonies coming in!
Listen to Robins voice. Oh my gosh. I could listen to it all day. ❤️❤️❤️
Robin's (ethereal vobatto) voice best in the world..one of a kind..
This is from their pre-Disco British Invasion period. Other good ones from that period are “Massachusetts” and “New York Mining Disaster 1941.” I’d recommend the original studio versions.
Robin’s vibrato is full of emotion and it is simply heavenly to hear. What an amazing voice he had. RIP
Would love a playlist of Bee Gees reaction videos. 👍🏻
“I can’t see Nobody “. 1974 live concert in Melbourne …. You won’t regret hearing Robin sing it.
Secret Love by The Bee Gees.
Love Robin and love this song ❤❤
I love Robin Gibb, and I love this song
I listen to the Bee Gees every day, amazing. Lonely Days is like an anthem for fans. Massachusetts is another gorgeous song.
MASSACHUSETTS
YES.. I STARTED A
JOKE... THANK YOU..
I love Robin. Thanks for posting
"Robin sounds pretty good"?....He was amazing! He was older here but still amazing. When he was young - WOW! He sang many of their earliest hits in the 60's. MR VIBRATO!
This song is about the things we say and do and how it affects others and ourselves and about how others see us. It actually has a very deep meaning.
IMO, he was by far THE VOICE of the Bee Gees but the three together were magical.
I'm still in Robin's fan club!
80s Bee Gees, "Bodyguard ". Another Robin lead. You'll love it.
This song is from 1968 on the Ideas album.. I love the melody to this song! I listen to them every single day too while working.
You need to hear Robin in for whom the bell tolls!!!
I was at this concert! That's when I was living in Vegas! MGM Grand Garden! Robin actually sang lead in quite a few of their pre-disco era songs. His vibrato was as famous as Barry's falsetto. You've actually seen Andy...he was the fourth guy singing in the You Should Be Dancing video you watched.
Larry, you're the first person I've seen remark on Robin's vibrato! It *is* amazing!
@@carolking1502 - BEYOND amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@susieq9801 I still marvel at all of them! Right now, Alexa is playing non-stop Bee Gees while I clean this lady's house! 😁
@@carolking1502 - Robin and Mo were both tragic losses. I loved Robin since I was a teen in the 60's. He was brilliant as so eccentric with a great sense of humor although it wasn't always seen. Too bad he didn't select a version where he was younger. Everyone's voice loses power with age. The Melbourne 1989 version is astounding.
@@susieq9801 Omigosh, have you watched the clip of Bee Gees first television performance? Robin is ALL personality!
Robin was always an awesome singer. 4th brother, Andy Gibb who died very young but was amazing.❤️
You should hear Barry Gibb himself sing how deep is your love at over the age of 70!
Check out "Please" a solo single by Robin. Also "Saved by the Bell" Such an amazing voice
Massachusetts is another good one.
Robin has some other great ones- I can’t see nobody is one of my favorites. Also check out For Whom the Bell Tolls.
He got a standing ovation when he sang this song. They stood and clapped for him for around 5 minutes.
Yes: Andy Gibb, “I Just Want to Be Your Everything.” Barry wrote the song and sings back-up on it.
And I recommend the original studio version. The production is so good on it.
They all sing back up on it
Thank you thank you for reacting to Robin. His voice is stellar...hits me right in the feels!
YES!!! I listen to The Bee Gees EVERYDAY!!!
I adore you! Thank you for giving great music a chance. You have a beautiful smile.
I second that emotion!☺☺
Robin was featured a lot on lead in early BeeGees. This song came out of the early phase of BeeGees.
Loved this one. You did The Bee Gees "You Should Be Dancing" and Andy their younger brother helped sing backup on that one.
Love seeing young people reacting to our music…those were the days.💯🎶🥰👩🏼🦳
The late Andy Gibb ( the youngest if the 4 brothers).song: I Just Wanna Be Your Everything, Shadow Dancing. Other BeeGees song : Fannie Be Tender With My Love.
i am eighty years old and, yes, everyday i listen to the BEEGEES..... every single day
Nancy Orlando Me, too, Nancy. That's what keep us young at heart!💖 Haven't missed a day in all these years.
Que cantor maravilhoso era Robin! Que banda maravilhosa! Pra sempre Robin Gibb! Pra sempre Bee Gees!👍👍👏👏👏👏❤❤❤🇧🇷
I watched the documentary today “how can you mend a broken heart”. It’s the story of the BeeGees from start to present day. Just brilliant!.
These talented men have been performing since the 1950s.
HBOMax has a documentary about them so worth the watch. I could remember so much of my own life by just listening to their music.
Andy was on the you should be dancing video. Also he has a solo called shadow dancing
This song and Reaching Out are my favorites. I can't even say which I like better.
I never got to see them in concert in person, but I have this concert on DVD. So good.
Whenever Robin performed this song live.He always got a standing ovation.
Love this song.💛
Love you inside out.. bee gees
It’s so sad, 3 of the 4 brothers died so young. Yes the other brother is Andy Gibb. He was younger so they had already started the Bee Gees before he started his career.
Being the oldest sibling, and watching all the others die...I fear that so much.
I agree with you. I listen to them everyday. I have for many years. I love them so very much and enjoy their music totally. Lonely Days a great song. Come on over.. Baby as you turn away... Love your reactions. Thank you!!
Yes they have a younger brother Andy who unfortunately passed away but had an incredible career himself. R.I.P. MAURICE, ROBIN AND ANDY
This song first came out in 1968, one of the first 45s I bought with my allowance. That’s my favorite version. Maybe try How Can You Mend a Broken Heart- since you’re in the pre-disco years. Thanks Adogg!!!
I was a teenager in the 60s, this is the song that made me a fan of the Bee Gees. I'm 67, this brings back a lot of memories.
Bee Gee’s are also know for song writing for many many other artists. One example is “Island in the Stream” by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton.
Robin sounds "pretty good" ???? Um... he sounds AMAZING
Robin was the lead singer in the 60's until disco era camealong. That's when Barry took over because of his remarkable falsetto sound which nobody ever was or would be able to emulate.
RIP, Robin, Maurice and Andy. God Bless the last and oldest brother Barry Gibb.
Andy Gibb sadly died at only 30yo in 1988. He was younger by a bit while he brothers were growing up & singing together. He started his own career & did well for a time. His death was attributed to inflammation of his heart caused by a viral infection. His biggest hit was “I Just Want to be Your Everything.”
Soar with the angels , Andy, Mo and Robin!! Love you all!!💕💕💕👽👽👽🙏🙏🙏🛸🛸🛸
They do have another brother that also sung Andy . They also have an older sister that used to sing, but decided to stay home and raise a family. She is still alive.
Yep A Dogg, I now know you're a the same age as my youngest son. Lol. This is an old Bee Gees song but timeless. 😊
This song always pulls on my heartstrings ❤️
The oldest Gibb sibling is Leslie. She was in the group for a little while. She, her hubby, their many children & grandchildren live in Australia.
They also had a sister, 5 Gibb kids!!😊
React to “The Man in the Middle” same concert Maurice sings. Thanks 👍
They were all so unbelieveably good.
I just want to say how much I enjoy your reaction videos. I watch dozens of reactors and have seen hundreds of videos. But I enjoy yours alot. Thanks for doing this
Me toooooo!!! 40yrs worth of BGs music
Thank you for your insight and respectful comments about the best harmonizing group EVER!!!
6 years old in 1997??? always cracks me up when you young folks look even older than me! ( born in 1968). DO NOT ask me for proof of my youthful appearance... I am well aware that it's all in my head! Always enjoy your reactions! Peace, Joy and Love from the great state of Texas!
Yes their youngest brother was andy. He was a singer also. He passed away in 1988 when he was 30. He was a great singer as well.
At one point Andy was the biggest heart throb going. "I Just Want To Be Your Everything" was one of his best.
Another very enjoyable reaction Adogg, thank you. You're a true fan. Two by them I would love to see you check out are "Love You Inside and Out" and "Tragedy". I think you'll really enjoy them!
I’ve been listening to them since I was12. That’s 53 years ago.
There is also a sister! She sang one night in Robin’s place ( I think 1968). She lives in Australia and has 8 children. She is also the oldest I believe
Love your enthusiasm for an INCREDIBLE GROUP
I recommend that you listen to Fanny Be Tender. One of their best songs, but they hardly played it due to it being a difficult song to play/duplicate live in concert. Legendary music producer Quincy Jones said it's one of the greatest songs ever and one of his favorites.
Check out "Words" from this same concert. Barry's signature solo piece. Amazing.
My favorite!
I enjoy watching you reacting to the Bee Gees as much as I enjoy watching the videos!☺☺💕💕
this is my all time favorite Bee Gees song thanks for playing it :-) ...
bee gees reaching out
This was a special concert broadcast around the world. And at home, watching it You could call up and request songs.
The song came out in ‘68 and I love it. Along with lots more of their songs!!
Yes, there is one more brother - the youngest, Andy Gibb. I would suggest "Shadow Dancing" as your first song, which was written by Barry Gibb. Andy was much younger than the three "Bee Gees" so he was made a solo artist. I am so very happy to see someone truly appreciating, enjoying the amazing vocal talent of Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb. For a GREAT later-years Bee Gees song, (1997) check out the official video of "ALONE" - stellar harmonies, as usual!
Thank you for this reaction! Yes, I listen to them EVERY DAY! Also the Bee Gees wrote several songs for Andy after his death - Wish You Were Here and Tears. Please react to Andy - Shadow Dancing, Don’t Throw it All Away, I Just want to be your Everything. Andy also did several duets with Olivia Newton John - I Can’t Help It and Rest Your Love on Me. Thank you! God bless you! ❤️
Andy Gibb had solo career...he was way younger than brothers. Try his best solo song...Dont Throw It All Away. So beautiful
I still listen every day. 04/22🇺🇸🙋♀️💐💯🙌🏻😘
The reason you haven’t reached to any bad songs is cause they haven’t made any bad songs 😊 Everything they have done are fantastic! And Barry is keeping it alive by writing new music and preforming
I listen to the Bee Gees practically EVERY DAY. Once I get started, it's hard to turn them off. They're unreal especially ROBIN. His voice is truly one of a kind.
Shadow dancing, Andy! This is one incredible family, musical geniuses. Their mother, lost three children before herself. There would be no other family like th Gibbs
Plus she lost her husband not long after Andy. The family has gone through so much tragedy. My heart goes out to Barry. Being the last man standing can sometimes feel so cruel. There is a reason that Barry has survived all of his brothers. He is the one who can carry on their musical legacy!!!
See how talented each brother was! I rest my case
I love Bee Gees❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Magical
I love this song. One from back in the day ❤
The younger brother, Andy, died in 1988 from myocarditis (infection of the heart). Try "Love is Thicker Than Water".
Great song, try their one of their last song, the official video, "This is where I came in"
Robin wrote this song when they spit up. The other bro. Is Andy Gibb gr8 had a great solo carrier.
The BeeGees were not always together - during the early 70s Robin branched out on his own. Then they reunited, and got really big.
beautiful song
Magnificent.
One of the best songs from their pre-disco era (IMO) is "Lonely Days." Please react to that one.
They originally recorded and released this in 1968 or so. Actually I like their early stuff and sound better than their "disco" phase.
(Our love) don't throw it all away both versions Andy doing it and the bee gees
Love is thicker than water Andy Gibb also check out Maurice singing lead in closer than close
Welcome to the club. You've been BeeGeed
Very good!!REACT MADDLEY BEE GEES LIVE MELBORE 1989..
They would sing a medley of some of their hits at concerts, which really showed off their harmonies, and usually incorporated some humor:)
Andy. He was a young Barry. He was about to join the group when he passed. Barry announced it but he passed before it happened but he did do You should be dancing on stage with them. I love him singing Everlasting Love, Fool for a night, Desire and Don't throw it all away.
His brothers all say he’s the best vocalist. Maurice said he could make you cry with the sings he sings. You ‘ll notice that Maurice never sings solo.
Adogg! I adore the Bee Gees and your reactions are terrific... however this time I must ask if you're really h e a r I n g the lyrics? That amazingly brilliant smile of yours was still there as Robin sang, "...'til I finally died, which started the whole world living... the joke was on me." This one goes deep, my friend. Say hello to your precious daughter🤗
