You would have to be mad to invest in a company with a Delaware incorporation after this. Massive own goal. This has extremely serious implications for the USA as a whole. I have seen shareholder directors pull off similar results with proportionate shareholding to this. Fortunately they were in a company where the holding company is in the UK. Companies should be running to redomicile as a matter of urgency. The US has become too corrupt and too hostile to non party aligned business.

How many of you have driven the interstates in Delaware? That alone makes me hate the state. There are toll plazas like every 10 miles and a few years ago they DOUBLED the tolls. You may as well fly up and down the East coast if you have to go through Delaware, it would be cheaper than driving. That state is criminal.

The judge has no authority to hold his payment. they were not part of his contractual sign with Testa. Avoid Delaware. This judge and governor are out of their mind. they overreaching their power
They did not present the case well. In reality, the portion of shareholders that voted against this originally(2018) initiated a lawsuit against Elon. The judge just allowed it to go to trial. She had nothing to do with bringing up the lawsuit, she just ruled on it. They make it sound like a judge came out of the blue and stopped the payment.
