I'm a complete newbie in Photoshop so when I first started it and that super annoying toolbar popped up where I was trying to work I immediately turned it off. Now I realize how useful it is even if it is infuriatingly annoying always covering up what I'm trying to work on, so how to I get that annoying bar back?
I think the low rez quality is to make it faster as it is aimed for social media posts. People can take selfies and make it seem as though they are anywhere and living an exciting life rather than just standing in their bathroom.

With the latest Photoshop, somehow i can't get it to work at 1:50, selecting around the person and using generative fill will just create a (hideous) new person :D
