Noah is our great ancestor. He was tasked with the deliverance of the chosen few. He became the ANCESTOR for many peoples deemed as chosen. The verse "Ndibereke Noah Tiyambuke Gungwa" acknowledges that the end times are near. So, the people singing in the video are praying for deliverance by that protective Spirit, the Spirit of Noah. we try to emulate those who were used as vessels by God in the advancement of the faith.we try to follow the footsteps of those who have successfully kept the faith before us and were called 'friends of God' as they were tried and tested but stood steadfast in their beliefs.This particular instance is one where the brethren ask God to bless us with the same spirit that was bestowed upon Noah during and until after the days of the ark and the flood respectively.we use Noahs experience as an example of discernment,courage, perseverance but above all mighty faith.by relating to Noahs experience,we remind ourselves that the holy spirit is not far from us and it will do for us what we ask of it just as in the olden days if we believe.
