- In this video we are trimming out our deck with a privacy wall and custom bar. We have some really cool stuff going on with this deck build and the privacy wall and bar will really set this whole deck off!
Let me know if you have any questions about the process of this build!
Wow, absolutely stunning! It looks like it should be in a high end design publication.
The design on that bar is awesome! Love the waterfall effect and how the one side drops down the side of the deck. Awesome work guys!
Thanks a lot my friend!!
Awesome job on that deck! The waterfall edge idea is genius. So much inspiration in this video. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos!
Just watched your last video .. I’m showing my husband when he wakes up .. love it !!
Glad you like it!!
Unbelievable job!! Love the waterfall edge!

I appreciate that Robert!
Great Job! This whole series was filled with inspiring ideas. 👍
Sweet! Great design. Well executed.
New follower here.. LOVE your attention to detail and innovative thinking. That waterfall edge! My mouth dropped when i saw that. So inspiring!
Great Deck Porn! Enjoyed watching the skills and enthusiasm at work here and thanks for putting the content out there. Definitely got some inspiration for my own backyard projects from this.
You guys do some amazing work. I just finished a small deck for our above ground pool and that track saw would have come in handy.
The track saw is definitely an awesome tool!
things don't always have to be completely sealed or water tight. This is why effective decking brings a whole new life to construction.
Creativity off the charts. I love all the different little details on each project
shut up
i love your videos
That looks badass! Very nice work!
great looking deck awesome bar design love the privacy wall, the inlay on the deck flooring is top notch I hope it doesn't get covered with a table or outdoor carpet lol!
Thank you my friend!
freakin awesome. I just rebuilt my deck and you gave me some awesome ideas for a table.
That’s awesome, thanks a lot!
GREAT WORK FELLAS!!!
Sick, very nice work boys!
This whole decking/bar is gunna look so cool when complete inside living out with a TV wall 🤯😀
Well done
Thank you!
Sick..you guy's did a AWESOME JOB!!!
Thanks a lot bill!!
@@THEpremieroutdoor I may have missed it, but what kind of wood did you use?
Great video great deck job! Puts my deck jobs to shame my friend!
Any pictures on how you attached it to the structure ? Or how to do the electrical and keep it protected from elements ?
That is great looks real good
Was there a Part 3? I cannot seem to find it in your videos. Would love to see the finished project
That's awesome!
Love it!
I like the 'waterfall' technique. Good for making corner boards at fascia joints. Can you make a video of your technique? I've tried with a table saw and a compound miter chop saw but neither worked too well. Seem a sliding chop saw would be better? Can you show us how? Thanks...
If you check out our Instagram and scroll back you’ll see a quick little tutorial
@@THEpremieroutdoor Yes, I saw that. You show what you did but did not really explain how you did it. You went through a lot of trials and errors so there must be something that you found was the better way. Anyway, great idea and I'll have to give it more tries. I think the main thing is to have a sliding miter saw.
Next time we do it I’ll go a little more in depth with the explanation!
Boom Shacka Lacka first again!!!
I gotz a nickname for Ya but, I gotta ease you into it... Also Bing Bang Boom? Hmmmm I wonder where you picked that up?? Looking Stupid Dope Fresh Bud!! Hoping all is well, Dirty Jersey out!!
Impressive work I would be nice if u add a led line in the from and the bottom my only concer is the electrical how u make waterproof
That was insane. I wonder how much that job costs
The only detail I saw that could be improved on is the waterfall screws are not in a line... Setup a couple laser levels and have a perfect line of screws.
Bad Ass Guy's!!!!
Awesome! Except the ugly bubble outlets. The ones under the bar are going to be knee scratchers.
I agree, bubble covers are not ideal but they are required outdoors and I don’t really like the accordion style covers
Huge fan of your work. I remembered this project from a couple years ago and I'm looking to do something similar in my backyard. Wish you were up here in Massachusetts! Where did you get the ice trough? Also, how have the waterfall edges held up after a few northeast winters? Love the look
I had a question about when you do plugs. Do you pre drill the holes and then put the screws in and then plugs or do you put the screws in them drill the remainder of the hole and install the plugs. The only time I’ve done plugs the plugs were to long and we had to manually cut the bottom of the plug off and just use the grain part and it was a big pain.
Very impressive work. I’m taking inspiration from this to build a bar countertop. Can you provide any details or tips on cutting the reliefs in the board to create the waterfall effect. How deep were the cuts, etc.
More than likely I won't watch the video but I'm willing to bet my life's savings that you build it with treated lumber.
I admire the craftsmanship of this build. The herringbone pattern with the water fall on the bar is cool.
I do have a couple of questions, on the bar before you covered it, is there a reason that you didn't put down a weather barrier over the pressure treat being that you have 1/8th" gap between boards? Second question is the trough edge closest to the tv (min 12:41) has a gap that can allow rain can get between, are you going to cover up that seam?
Again, great job and you have a great team that produces awesome work!
Question. Did the waterfall edge bar create any long term issues....cracks, breaking down?? Since I noticed you haven't repeated that design in any future builds...Just curious. I truly like that change from the usually bar top...very creative. Thanks and keep up the great work.
Awesome Deck and very creative style bar. Question what is the cut measurements for the water cut ? 45 degrees both sides with a span of what actually?
The is class👌🏻👌🏻🇮🇪🙌
What the stain your using on that pt right away I like it info please
whats the black stuff you are putting on the wood
Was anything done to address the lake that was under that deck? Will it continue to puddle under there to that extreme?
There was a downspout that dumped right in that corner but it was re routed to the outside of the deck
Can I use plywood as a door?
Where did you get a trough like that?
Had a fabricator make it for us to fit the opening
Looks pretty now until the heat expands it, and cold contracts it and rips all those cascading miters apart and theres gaps all over everything. Composite expands/contracts wayyy more than wood.
How do you do that folded miter edge to create the seamless look?
Looks good! What’s your preferred method to wrap that post that is up against house (looks like a 6x6 maybe)? Are you using decking to wrap or fascia. Do you meter the edges or overlap ?
so much work and potential and you made it with plastic?
Mineral based composite!
Any videos of above ground pool decks youve built?
Looks good. If I could just say one thing, when you're talking just no music at all! A bit distracting!
What kind of wood is that?
great job!! what kind of black stain do you use ? i noticed you do it to your bottom frame supports too, thanks !
Can I ask you what kind of board you as using? I’m doing a similar project with wall paneling onto my backyard wall but can’t find a good board.
He's using Deckorators Voyage. Color is Sierra and Tundra with dark graphite border.
Bro i want to know how you people protect the wooden materials from termites. Is it like every now and then you spray with anti termites Or is it made with Preprotection
It is treated to resist rot and pests
Why did you not put the bar outlets on the virtical face of the bar? I see people hitting their legs on it.
You left gaps on the top and you didnt protect the wood inside... bad idea
Oh god no, please tell me it will be ok!!
what is the brand of deck boards for the bar?
Deckorators!
Love the detail, where you guys located?
Did the bar have cascading edges? 🤔
What kind of boards did you use on the bar, please?
What is the budget to achieve a project like this one??
silly Q but what camera/audio you using ?
Just using a GoPro hero 7 for everything
@@THEpremieroutdoor wow that's good!
👍🙏
Where can i find that collapsible square ?
Amazon, it's like $70
Nice save on the bar. Your framing details could have been more thought out. Lot of stress on fasteners. The trim details made it though.
Класс!
Can you fix my place
How much for that deck? And where are you guys located?
How much....$15k?
Maybe just in materials. A 16ft board is $80.
Damn this guy loves to flap his gums. I had to mute for sanities sake.
I’m happy to hear that despite how annoyed you were with me you thought the video presented so much value that you continued to watch it on mute 🤐
