I went to a vi store to get a nano sim of one number that I didn't use for 2 years, they told me that they only reactivate the no if I bought their postpaid family plan of 699, and included my mother's no too in the pack,and told me that I can move to prepaid option after 120 days, now my question is do I have to wait for 120 days if I want to port the vi postpaid no to jio prepaid? I actually wanted to migrate to Vi prepaid as I didn't use this on daily basis at all.But the present Vi no. is my First(originally a BSNL no.) and linked with some of my important accounts like bank/I.T. I visited a main Vi store, but they made the matter too complicated. When I visited the Airtel main store located there almost next door,they said they could port the number immediately.But to my surprise,I found their proposed plan for me after completion of the porting would also be a Post-paid plan- more or less of the same value as my existing Vi post-paid plan. I got frustrated and returned disappointed. I'm 79 years old with limited mobility.I don't bother about internet speed etc;I don't use it(I've another sim of Jeo with unlimited calling facilities).I want to retain the number at a minimum cost. Pl. guide how I can do this online. Thank you.

dont go to any company store, visit any local store and ask them to port into prepaid, they will take 30-40 rupees but will do your work

मेरा नंबर vi में 2015 से चल रहा था कंपनी की तरफ से कहा गया आपके नंबर पर non complaince की प्रॉब्लम है id जमा करे स्टोर पर वहां गया तो नंबर को पोस्ट पेड कर दिया गया कितने दिन बाद port कर सकता हूँ और vi prepaid कितने दिन बाद हो सकता है पोस्टपेड में 30 दिन हो गए हैं।
