sir, in that question the vehicles which are coming between 0 to 30 sec they have to stand in the queue and delay will be there but after 30 sec green time is there so whatever vehicle will come in that time i.e 30 to 50 sec they don't have to wait or they will not stand in queue so why we are calculating delay for 0 to 50sec instead of 0 to 30 sec.??? please reply?

Dear you understand that red signal is from 0 to 30 so vehicle will be in queue fine now green signal open at 30 sec but it is not possible that as the signal becomes green all vehicle starts moving so we said that vehicle coming after 30 sec also need to wait in queue . But you can say that they don't have to wait much but we are considering it as uniform .
