Lizzie the fact that you endured the pain of the world and lived a life encouraging others inspired me, I noticed lately about ur title, but as ur Internet friend,I'll tell you all those are bullies and I want them to know , no mask or face will cover one's beauty inside , God created u for a purpose through you many were and are inspired , the bullies are angry because their makeup brands weren't enough to make their inners beautiful. No one chose his or her life ,and I want u to know you are supposed to be called the most strongest person in the world, even through the pain u survived to be honest I'll have died of depression if someone bullies me, thanks for being an inspiration for me I want to tell u that God loves you soo much 😊😊

Lizzie my father was Airborne in WW2 and I later went Airborne when I went into the Army. What my father gave to me was his Airborne Spirit and I see that in you. I just came to say you are beautiful in and out!😊 The reoson i am commenting is because i saw a tik tok/ youtube shorts saying you were the ugliest woman in the world i felt terrible after seeing that, after i saw that i thought how would i fell if i was being cyber bullied? I would fell terrible! Even telling someone there ugly will make me fell guilty for years. I am so sorry you had to face that. But dont even listen to them! They are speaking opinions, not facts! A fact about you is you are beautiful in and out, people cant decide how to look when they're born. I am 10 yrs old and I've only been bullied a few times in grades k-1, specifically about my forehead. My forehead was a bit bigger from the average, kids from my school would scream to me from the window "go back to where you belong"! Even some of my friends. i hope you live a long and healthy life 😊.

I don't think that thought is emphasized enough, that when you start something, it is going to be hard, there will be difficulties, and mentally preparing yourself for those difficulties, with the thought and confidence that you can overcome them. Then, when you encounter that hard or difficult process, you short-circuit the neural pathway from going to, 'oh this is hard', or 'I was making good progress and this interrupted that progress'. No, instead you are more prepared to think down the neural pathway of, 'hhmmm so THIS is one of the difficult parts. How to overcome this difficulty, what is the solution.' That is a much better neural pathway to create, instead of 'oh, this is hard'. Thank you for highlighting it.
ALWAYS REMEMBER.....if you don't know how to do something....it just means you don't know how to do it *YET.* Now that you want to do "this thing" you will begin learning about it, asking others about their experience with it, and then you will have some direction of where to look to learn even more, and then you try and find out what you don't know about it. Now you've learned what else you need to find out about. This is how you've learned most things you can do, and you didn't even realize it.
