You SHOULD add this to your HX store in the X9 spares section , as can’t find in the UK 🇬🇧 or USA , you show shops and they say never seen one of them before ….my scooter can’t be used as I need to fit a new stem , you say contact you , and all you say is use 17mm wrench , in UK a wrench is a different tools , , so if anyone reads this do not buy an HX X9 scooter as you can’t get the part to repair your £600 electric scooter , dreadful 😡😡😡
