This movie is great, this was probably the first time that Sandler played a character that wasn't all comedic, and that had deep emotions. And not since E.T., had Drew Berrymore been this adorable on film. And, together there chemistry was awesome.
Or when you meet your first girlfriend (from the time when this film/song came out), 20 years later and you hug goodbye and neither of you can let go :'-(

I love the subtle joke of Drew reading the Rolling Stone mag with Billy Idol on the cover, hearing Billy Idol over the PA system and then her facial expression which seems to convey, "That voice. It almost sounds like...nahh, that would be too bizarre! I'm imagining things."
Had this for my wedding song, our preacher who thought he was funny was laughing and whispered to my husband "oh you lame a $$"...then he started tearing up!!!! hahahaha!!!
ChallengedBrick maybe they could make a Gownups 3 that shows them in highschool and theyre in a band. The movie is abt them trying to win the hearts of their crushes and beat a rival band in the school. Sounds cheesy and repetitive I know but I would still watch it if Adam gets to sing.
