    Living in an air park community is definitely in our future. One thing I noticed around here (FL), is you must own an airplane before they will let you buy property in a air park community.

      You fly beyond just visual flight rules. More opportunities and better ability to fly regardless of weather and visibility.

    I would have rather seen the couple take us on a tour of the arpt And see what type of planes are based at the air park.
    Rather than just sitting in the hanger talking about the instrument rating.
