- Inspired from the TSO GRS-16 and the FESTOOL FS-KS.
Need just seconds to install and it is a very accurate wood square.

I had the red one and sold it to buy the TSO GRS-16 square. I love it. Easy and accurate with no worry about it going out of square while working
Which one is the "red one". The FC Hybrid Rail Square?
awesome man. I've subscribed
Couldnt you have done this in aluminum with your CNC router?
Very cool, I would love to make my own.... :) A different question, on your CNC, how do you do extraction? Through the silver pipe?
Yes
Muy buen video si señor. Puede facilitar los planos de todo para la impresión del modelo por favor, no lo encuentro por ningún lado. Gracias.
Super a really good idea 👍
very nice work
Nice shop
Awesome. I want one.
Can you please provide a source for the locking latch?
do you sell the square guide? i'm interessed
Accurate work!
Дійсно)
nice. very easy to make for everybody...
Where did you get the latch? Thanks
Great vid. But I have to admit I just saved thousands by buying the GRS-16 itself.
hi can you give a link to STL file? thank you
this video is useless without the STL file ... lol
@@toyhunter9746 :)
@@toyhunter9746 like I said, giant waist of time... Thanks for playing champ.
How to ?
Step one, buy a CNC machine
Step two, buy a milling machine
Step three, realise you've spent way too much for an 80 dollars ad on :)
Lol! That's freaking hilarious!
It's the journey.. if anyone get's into woodworking (of any kind) to save money, you are delirious! :) Great comment BTW - supper funny! ;) Have fun!
I'm more of,... if your wasting money on festool then go full festard and just waste more on the add-ons.... I have a reasonable priced tracksaw, and a cnc i scratch built 8yrs ago, so this is something i will be for sure making for my setup....
Could you please help me, I thought okay the men does not own tools to mill alu. That’s more then understandable, so you make it out of wood. But in the end of this video you do some alu milling. I don’t get it?
Aluminium is the better and more reliable then wood isn’t it?
Please post a drawing with dimensions and anyone can recreate the part with a jigsaw!
mal eine unverschämte Frage...nimmst Du Bestellungen entgegen?
So step one is buy a CNC router. Makes sense.
"How to save 130$ using machinery worth thousands of dollars"
Show us how to use it?
Done :-)
Do we really think anyone that owns this equipment needs instructions on how to build a 90° Guiderail Square?
Hahaha glad I'm not the only one who thought this!
Theiss: You are a talented craftsman and very good observer!
thank you for acknowledging that the tool you produced is based on and uses our Patent Pending Guide Rail Square invention. The requests from others for copies of the design are flattering but we ask you all to consider respecting the efforts we make to bring specialty solutions to the craft at our own risk and without a 4 month wait for a one time production run.

Id buy one of yours tomorrow Hans if they weren't so expensive to buy here in the UK.
Excuse me, I did not know of the product on the market, it seems a bit 'expensive, but I understand your efforts
are you going to make a dewalt version?
TSO Products will, you make one for mafell
Nothing wrong with copying something quietly for your own use. However, even before reading the comments it was obvious that you've totally ripped off the TSO product.
Shame on you for not declaring.
You can buy one for a couple of hundred dollars.
???
Please!!! Get realistic!!!
Come on are you serious? .. a how to video but you need a cnc machine ... very nice video but consider the title
Patents are very interesting legal instruments. They provide you with all the details you need to build one for private use, but if you try and sell them for profit, that is when the patent COMMERCIAL Rights kick in if the patentee chooses to sue you for infringement of their commercial rights. You can make one lawfully for your own use, but legally you cannot sell them. There are craftsmen and Journeymen who make things and then there are consumers who buy things. Isn't life interesting?
if its patent pending no one owns it yet until it becomes 'patented'
