Very happy to hear this for the international Digimon players. One of the main reasons I didn't decide to actually dive into Digimon getting back into TCG's last year was because of how far behind the West was from the East. When things are all caught up I will reconsider playing. I hope One Piece: TCG will do the same soon.
this is really good for the Digimon TCG players as this can make for some remote tournaments across the world possible AND will not gimp the competitive scene integrity in JP where they have to play like - 1 BT /EX for the world tourney compared to the current meta decks . overall thats good changes for both parties
I have two observations, one would be pull rates like everyone is saying, please don't make it too hard to pull the obvious cards that everyone is going to be looking for, and second would be the promos such a lm02 make them also world release
I would've personally packaged the BT boxes with the EX sets, but that being said, I'm glad it's finally happening. Merging releases is just better for the experience of playing the game.
This is huge! I've been trying to get into the game for a while now, but every time I have a deck list put together I see that the meta in Japan has already completely changed and my list is outdated. Being constantly behind the curve has kept me from getting into the game. This is a massive change for the better, and I look forward to engaging more in the future!
So instead of be able to build a deck which will be also good in the future, you have the same outcome Like now but without the Option to "See" the future Meta.
@@MultiWar10ckThat's one way of looking at it; another is that now I get to play in an active meta, rather than one that's solved and 9 months stale by the time it reaches me.
@@enteruniquehandlehere but the resoult at the end will be the same, the only difference is you will need more money to "gamble" instead of knewing which Deck is Tier1
@@MultiWar10ckI guess it depends on what you're looking for in a card game. I'm an adult with a reasonable entertainment budget, and Digimon is a pretty cheap hobby compared to most, so I'm not really concerned about the cost. I'm also not a tournament grinder, so having a T1 deck isn't really a concern for me either. It's more about missing out on the excitement of taking part in the development of a new format, where everyone's just getting to test out the new cards and see what works and what doesn't. Deckbuilding and experimentation are a huge part of the appeal for me, and you miss out on that if you don't get the new cards until a year after they release. It's hard for me to stay excited to play a deck that I thought might be neat a year ago, so for me, this change will make the game much more fun to engage with - even if I do end up spending a little more money and winning a few less games.
Thank you for the update Qi, love to see that the game will be unified, especially on my birth month! Keep up the great work Bandai! (Please release more craniamon support...🙏🙏🙏)
I was planning to buy a bt18 box if it contained good material to make a Lucemon deck and it had Satan Mode +Luce X, but idk if it is going to be possible to pull the stuff if it comes with bt19
Nice. Not the next Step is to allow the use of any Language everywhere and more Languages in General. If Magic can do this so can you too. I don't want to be the one that says that Magic is the best Game or every other Game is trash. But in this Point Magic is superior to most other Games. I wish one day every Game just release their Cards at the same time Worldwide and allow us to mix the Cards as we want.
We're still there yet they're restricting ALL online tournaments around the world instead of opening up the cap so more can join PLEASE LIFT THE CAP FOR ONLINE EVENTS
Hmm....mix feeling. On one hand ok...we the "english" speaking folks have a connection. But the other hand...we might lose that special something that make digimon...Digimon
Do the same for One Piece too and increase the product the card prices are insane, also we want an ONE PIECE DIGITAL CARD GAME. Wake up Bandai stop being useless!
She talks with so much emotion and enthusiasm..... did she get the job cause she's a "strong independent woman!". She does not appear to have any genuine enthusiasm for the game at all.
I didn't vote for this. Killing my wallet and my enjoyment. I hope you increase pull rates for the special version 2.0 and 2.5 to make getting cards easier.
This is going to be one of the worst decisions. Pre-ordering something 5 months prior was mad, but now we will not know what is in the set. I hope I'm wrong.
This is cool! Just adjust the pull rates for these sets, it will feel a bit too packed to get what we want.
Bandai DOES what Konamidon't.

Very exciting to have simultaneous releases starting next year! 😄
That's cool, great even! I can't wait for a synchronized schedule! Hopefully we can get some good exclusives.
Thank you for all your hard work! 🙏
FINALLY!!! Now we can play on equal footing.

Muchisimas Gracias
oof, the special boosters will be a little rough but i think will be for the best
Hopefully this helps unify promos as well
Super excited for this! Although please make sure pull rates for RSB 2.0 & 2.5 are different to accommodate for being a bigger set!

Awesome, hope you guys will do the same with one piece 💪🏻

Hello Qi!
The low pull rates will be short term imo, after simul release players will get equal pull rates
really hope the pull rates will be adjusted for the special booster. otherwise those sets will be awful
I respect it 🫡
:( not again, low pull rates :(
100% necessary evil. Ill take this for tall the other boons we get out of it.
Please bring the game to Brazil 🥺

But when well you make a app for the game not just the tutorial one
Ah its cool... But so we cant see what will be meta in a few month, makes invest harder

PLEASE LIFT THE CAP FOR ONLINE EVENTS
Now please just do this with one piece tcg, tired of getting the hand me down meta with these games
Cmon, online game. I’d whale so hard for it
I actually liked getting my Japanese cards and practicing future decks
RIP Wallet
After 2 year anniversary End of Service😂😂😂😂. Bandai doing bandai things😅

Not going to save the mid game

She talks like a robot lol
She’s probably just camera shy. Seems like she’s reading from a script too

We voted for this - though we do hope pull rates will be changed to accommodate the increased size of the set.

@confusingzark we, as in me and my boys. Lol.

Nice way to screw us on pull rates
