Have been using the N160 for more than 7 months and can tell you for sure that it is a great sports commuter bike. Regular commuting along with occasional touring can be done on the bike with ease. An overall mileage of 45 KMPL is great and ensures that you will not have to burn money on fuel.

Mileage wise, my bike is still yet to be serviced. As per multiple sources, we can expect 45kmpl after 2nd service.

We chose the N160 back in January and it was a good choice for city commute and highway riding with good suspension setup Exhaust note has more bass than the NS for some reason. Torque is readily available in mid range and can cruise at higher speeds comfortably, One thing about the DRLs is that they are bright enough to be used at night , unlike some bikes and scootys with drls which are not bright enough for night use.
How's Mileage after 4-5 months and reliability
@@nikhilverma2647 only has 1st service done as 2nd service is around 2400kms with 1900km on odometer and mileage in city traffic is around 36kmpl. Will depend on riding styles tho. No issues with reliability so far.

Yep. The NS160 sounds like a smaller motorcycle and the N160 sounds like an Apache (But better IRL)
I think I will go for N160 because of comfort and looks no doubt I love the NS I only wished Bajaj had upgraded it's headlight to LED it would have been dope

In my pov...i was riding both bikes....n160 better than ns...good handling , suspension, horn sound , milege, price wise n160 was better and also clutch was very smooth...

I don't know why the steel perimeter frame wasn't mentioned as a brawny point for the NS which definitely gives the edge to the NS over the N.
I wish they had offered the same mudguard in n160 as it is present in ns160. Bike gets too dirty because of that bigger gap in rear tyre
But it makes looks better and it saves our clothes that's enough
N160is the best one compared to ns .there many features compared to ns .N160's look is an current trend look .the main thing is N160comes with new engine ✨

Mileage & Look wise N series is good, but can't underestimate 4V engine, USD suspension and ofcourse 6th gear of NS & RS 😊 .

Dhanil bro a correction - the NS is now offered in 4 different colors - Cocktail Wine Red, Ebony Black , Metallic Pearl White & Pewter Grey.

Never mind the colours. The colours are never the same the next year for Pulsars. Either the graphics change or there will be mixed colour decals or the colour/shades will be changed except for Black and White.
Also if you find a new/different colour lets say like Brinjal blue and Thick red in 2017 models the next year they were gone even though they looked good 👍🏻

I going to Apache 1604v b'coz it's ride quality and engine refinement and performance and mileage and seat comfort and features and ladies footrest and comfort are far better than n160 and ns also. B'coz I ride that three E20 update version Apache, n160, ns160. Apache is superior in 160 segment.

I am confused between RTR 160 4v and Pulsar N160 could you tell me which one is best for touring. My purpose, mostly weekend rides around 200-300 KM and once in a year long ride like around 2000 KM.
N160 is always better.. 45kmph millage and dual channel abs + Headlight brightness ..also looks big bikw
when n series were released I didn't like the design, felt ns' were better, but after getting used to the design now n series look better, btw i'm a mt owner

@MotorBeam Hello.... Am big fan of your review videos of two wheelers. I need a clear suggestion from you. Presently am using Yamaha FZS Deluxe Version 3 bike since 1.5 Years. Almost Odometer reads 13,000 KMs & Am getting constant mileage of 54-57 KMPL as per my style of ride. Till now i have not even faced single problem. It is one of the most reliable, stable, comfortable (both rider and pillion) motorcycle. Recently I feeling bored to ride same bike so thought of going for Pulsar N160. Can I Expect same level comfort, engine reliability, mileage, stability from N160..??? Heard that Bajaj Developed a new engine for N160 which is as good as Japanese bike engine such as honda, yamaha. Is that true with respect to reliability and vibrations..??? Please suggest me.

In the 160 cc segment I'll take...Apache 200...Since apache 160 is yet to offer dual abs.....But soon enough they will.

@@user_Shadow_YT personally...I like bikes that has the headlight below the fuel tank height & the pillion seat also has to be same height or above the fuel tank height....Example rtr 200 4v, new gixxer, duke etc. Apache 160 2v doesn't match my taste anymore.

Look at the physic of the so called bike reviewer. A proper biker always has a good physical condition first. Thse are just faltu time pass with these reviewers. Only talking not proper riding calibre. Just salesman and opened a CZcams channel to earn money only, and probably from rich family background. Nothing else

More like, we need a bike more likely the next generation ns160 which has an evolved and lighter and even more sharper version of the fantastic existing perimeter frame as well as sharper and even more fine tuned front and rear suspension complementing the updated perimeter frame and second, need the n160 engine platform but with the head updated to the 4 valve and the rumoured electronically controlled valve actuation tech that Bajaj has patented along with slipper clutch and traction control for helping the new and inexperienced rookie riders, a wheelbase which is reduced to something in between the n160 and ns160 and a styling which is actually an evolution of the ns as well as the n series. Features can include the LED projector and the LED turn signals from the n series, an instrument cluster which is an evolution of the current NS infused with the infinity design elements of the n series but with turn by turn navigation and Bluetooth connectivity. And by this time, the n160 should also be getting little nip and tuck here and there with just new colours and very very subtle graphics and mechanically it should be getting the USD forks of the current NS as the major upgrade.
