This is the one song my Mother and Father would sing to each other when I was very young. 3 days ago my Father passed away in his sleep, just 5 months from my mother passing away. He was singing this song the night before he passed. They loved each other so much and I swear he knew he was going to go be with her again. 😭 Now this song makes me cry with all the memories of them singing to each other.

My heart is bursting right now and tears are pouring like usual when I hear this most beautiful song. My best friend, the only man I ever truly loved has been gone since 97' and it kills me to this day. There was never anyone who came close to making me feel comfortable, special, and loved like he did. We had something really unique and the sad thing is I didn't realize it til after he was gone. I knew we had something Great, something Wonderful, but didn't know that it was so special I'd never find it with anyone else again.

I turned 15 in June '81, I thought it was TOO mushy, of course Brooke Shields was the Taylor Swift or BIGGER at that time, I thought her Mom was pushing her around with grown men, something didn't look right, I have 3 sisters who were teens like me back then, no grown man but my Dad, and no grown man wanted to be that close to my Dad.
