As a welder/fab'er, considering it's made in country, that's not expensive. I'd charge that just for the tray! Don't know how they're selling them that cheap and it not be made in the big rock candy mountain.
The tray has no welds, it’s all bends but yeah, it’s a pretty good deal overall. It’s an awesome tool for sure.
@@TheShopMiniRC I'd say so. Buy and deliver the sheet metal, sand it clean, notch corners, drill holes, bend in a brake, dress the edges, swirl pattern with grinder, sand/wire wheel the surface again, degrease and prep for paint. Couple coats of red. Couple coats of clear. Dry time. Packaging and packaging time. Shipping...........That's a lot for a $180. :)

How easy is to disassemble? Like to take apart to bring to the track?
It’s not really designed to be taken apart. I don’t think taking it to the track assembled would be hard. That’s what it’s designed for. Plus, if you take it all apart, where will all your tools go?!? Lol
