EA needs to learn from NBA 2K on how to make an interesting career mode. They need to add player rivalries, press conferences, social media beef, all star games, attending events that increase fans, etc.
Nah EA just wants the money. If they decide to go that route they might add player rivalries and then wait another 5 or 6 years to add press conferences and stuff. It's a real pain and I know it can't be that hard.
The worst thing is, when you bang 40+ goals and 15 assists, winning the treble, and still not getting a ballon dor while you teammate that scored 10 goals and 5 assists does.
That’s me man, I’m at PSG and mbappe went from a 91 to 94 in one season and one the balón dor and didn’t do shit. I don’t even come out in a lot of the news cutscenes even though I have the most goals and get on the team of the week and get match ball basically every game. Then again I score a hat trick and get a few assists then simulate and it affected my players form but that was just the late 2-3 games

Bal is actually good u can come on and off bench u can train different positions gameplay is more realistic and there's alot of licencing this yr but no prem, laliga but u do have the others licensed the game is worth buying

So I started my pro career before Haaland transferred to Dortmund. I’m in 2024 now and I can’t find him ANYWHERE in Europe. It kinda ruins the immersion bc my player moved to Bayern. They have to update career mode so you can see how other players are doing, compare yourself to them, build rivalries and friendships. Certain players should come to your league because they wanna out score you or some wanna join you. I should be able to build chemistry with my teammates and other players I meet throughout my career. After a certain amount of friendship is built, I should be able to ask a player to try to join my team, and suggest him to the manager. There’s so much they can do with FIFA and with the PS5 and XBOX SX coming out they have no excuse to keep this game the same.
They should also try and make an open world to where you can own mansions cars and be endorsed by Nike adidas and puma and ua. And they should implement Volta in there so when ur like driving/walking around you can play random matches against the cpu and earn skill points to upgrade ur player

I was literally the top scorer for Real Madrid even though they only started me 10 games. I kept them in the champions semifinals with 3 goals and they didn’t start me for the final which they lost 🤦🏽♂️

Honestly, I play as the entire team for the OPPOSITE reason stated. When I simply play as myself, I tend to be quite the ballhog, but when I'm playing as the team, the chances come to all the players at a much more realistic rate.
I played for wolves and got a loan offer(the coach just seems to love to put you on loan)I left in the winter transfer window played the whole season and when I returned I was still in the same epl fixture on the calender when I left wolves

Because the AI coach will end up playing you foward player to CM and play your CB to RM and your LB at CDM and bench your best players and play your worst teammates. In a nutshell FIFA doesn't really care about this mode because there ain't no extra money

Whenever I play as a team, I get subbed off every game in the 60th min. If I play as myself which is worse, I don't get subbed off but my teammates are brain dead.
I have a made up Danish striker called Meyer Danielson and I am 8 seasons in. What I like is that Ea have the record top-goalscorer recorded and you get a huge boost for braking the record. If you want more information feel free to ask me questions.
bruh worst part is my player is 85 ovr at 16 playing for psg after one season at nycfc and has five star skills, which i barely even use, and one star weakfoot which is incredibly annoying. and the only way to increase your weak foot is to score with it which is virtually impossible if its 1 star
i always fix that in pre season where u change the sliders to make the opponents ridiculously shit and put it on beginner and then i just press r3 or right stick to self set up for a volley on the weak foot

Picked RB Leipzig as a LF. Asked to go on loan and they granted it. No one picked me up though. In early October they gave me a start and I got a goal and an assist. Then I earned some league games. And now I’ve just earned a start in the champions league and scored. It feels like I genuinely earned my spot and I’m in love

I eventually got an offer from barca after a season at Burnley but still it took 5 seasons of being way too good for every team I played for to finally get a good move
I started my player at the age of 16 and retired at the age of 19 I played for Birmingham city, Barcelona, Man City and finished at PSG where I retired at a 93 overall 2 below mbappe prob the only player better than me the whole career I played at a legendary difficulty and got an insane stats of 114 goals and 115 assist as a left forward I won every type of cup including the wc with Portugal an headache as I carried them to the semi and then was benched against France had to resim till we won 😤 one thing I’ll say it’s broken about this game are the coaches choices in both Barcelona and city I only got to play like 20/30 max matches the whole season even tho I was better than most player in that position but for the rest I had fun tbh if you want your player to grow quickly I suggest to play him as a left mid more time allowing you to play as a winger or left forward but this year I made the mistake to make him a left forward but didn’t affect me much as I was still be able to assist consistently I suggest you to concentrate on assist as well and not only goals as they can give you a better match rating increasing your level a lot I didn’t use any punctuation cause this is a comment not an essay
just go to create a player in the main menu, make him as good as you want by getting the attributes as high as you want, add him to the team you want to play for, start career mode as a player, and select use real pro and select your own fully customized player

I started my career as ACM and after 5-6 season, I am one of the worlds best in my position with 91 overall and still growing. I have gone through so many clubs like Tottenham Hotspur, Barcelona, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and now again Tottenham Hotspur. My fav club is Manchester United, I think I will go again to MUN next season.
My player is a cam andna irish player he started of at man utd and then went out on loan the second season and didnt get to play on loan at all now i am leaving man utd for Everton for more game time made a move to real Madrid
Dont start at a big club or you'll always go on loan.. I started out at Everton and performed very well in the pre-season so when the season started I got some chances and I took it and that was it I became a regular starter
My player is Irish as well and I started in the league of Ireland to make it realistic. The teams I've played dfor so far are bohemians, Fulham, Burnley and barca I'm 20 years old and 91 rated
I done the complete opposite I started at m’gladbach and won the Europa league in my first season then moved to Arsenal in the following summer as I was playing ST instead of my position CAM. In the second season I am about to win the prem with Arsenal I won the carabao cup and in the fa cup and Europa league finals all while having Elneny playing RB and Tierney at CDM with Torreria at LM. This mode has so much potential but EA just don’t care they could make clubs sign players in positions of needed upgrade, add cutscenes, be able to come off the bench , be part of the youth academy ( meaning play youth games against other youth teams ) change positions and so much more
when I was at dortmund (86 ovr) as a cam they kept playing me at the RB spot and kept playing Depay at CB. the only way I could fix it was transferring to Athletico Madrid
I did that too and almost all the big names got transferred/loaned out on me leaving me with some lower tier teammates. Made it harder to score as the striker. Thinking about asking for a transfer after the season is over.
I used to start my player in Mexico then work my way to the Elite. In 18 or 19 i started at Pumas, then transferred to Man City as an 87 rated striker, then went to PSG, after winning the champions, i requested another transfer (overbloated with strikers with Cavani, Mbappe, my player, and they transferred for Gabriel Jesus) Then went to Real, it was the best FIFA 20: My guy was transfer listed for months and NO ONE has made an offer and im rated at 87 as well... smh
i have to request transfers like 10 times because the coach keeps turning them down, and the funny thing is i barely get started the time i get started i get a 9 rating if you're going to keep on benching whats the point of having me lmao.
Apart from Clubs, Player career mode has the most potential, but is ruined by many things like unrealistic Position changes, the skill move bug and many other small unrealistic errors. As someone who plays 10+ years into player career saves, EA need to work on the mode to make it playable

Yeah fellow united brother I started at bayern and got a loan offer for mattesburg in the Austrian bundesliga I've played 14 games scored 20 goals and 11 assists I'm 76 overall at 16 I was 67 overall I've grown massively in only 3 months I'm looking to head out of bayern next season when I return from my loan for a Premier league team like Southampton or West ham so I can play on my preferred LM position and for Germany I played 1 game got a goal and assist ill tell you my stats at the end of my career when I'm 36 I might get 500 plus goals if I keep my form up I'm right footed so I cut inside from the left and it's super affective for my incredible goal scoring ability although I put my self as a playmaker because I'm a better finisher in fifa I wanted to even things out that's why I have 11 assists in 14 games but I'd like to go to the prem to make a name for myself then move back to bayern go real madrid or my club man united I would not like to join barca since they play a bigger possession game compared to the others and I thrive on the counter destroying defences

Garner plays cam, even tho he’s a CDM. I’m playing RM and Dan James is playing CDM. Just put me as cam, James as RM and Garner as CDM!!!

Facts it’s also scripted. My player would have a wide open goal and then all of a sudden when we I try to go for goal i always hit crossbar.

Whenever I play as a team, I get subbed off every game in the 60th min. If I play as myself which is worse, I don't get subbed off but my teammates are brain dead.

I have a made up Danish striker called Meyer Danielson and I am 8 seasons in. What I like is that Ea have the record top-goalscorer recorded and you get a huge boost for braking the record. If you want more information feel free to ask me questions.
I put my player career at Real and after the pre-season tournament he did still get game time. He’s a CAM and after a season is 85 rated.
Another tip to make this mode more fun: I always play with "pro" camera settings. Can really recommend this!

i suggest to create your player in the edit player mode and let him grow from training. much much better
bruh worst part is my player is 85 ovr at 16 playing for psg after one season at nycfc and has five star skills, which i barely even use, and one star weakfoot which is incredibly annoying. and the only way to increase your weak foot is to score with it which is virtually impossible if its 1 star
i always fix that in pre season where u change the sliders to make the opponents ridiculously shit and put it on beginner and then i just press r3 or right stick to self set up for a volley on the weak foot

Step 2. Start career mode and choose “load custom squads”
Step 3. Go to In game settings and lower the CPU abilities .
Step 4. Win everything and score 10 goals per match

Picked RB Leipzig as a LF. Asked to go on loan and they granted it. No one picked me up though. In early October they gave me a start and I got a goal and an assist. Then I earned some league games. And now I’ve just earned a start in the champions league and scored. It feels like I genuinely earned my spot and I’m in love

What was crazy is that I was a striker and I went on loan they played me as a right back so I had to sim the whole season.
Same I had to sim a whole season because I was 89 rated at Fulham and they played me out of position and wouldn't let me leave. They eventually let me and the only team that offered was Burnley. I eventually got an offer from barca after a season at Burnley but still it took 5 seasons of being way too good for every team I played for to finally get a good move
Playing CAM but CDM is my favorite. Had him reach 87 transfer from PSG and Liverpool after first

I started my player at the age of 16 and retired at the age of 19 I played for Birmingham city, Barcelona, Man City and finished at PSG where I retired at a 93 overall 2 below mbappe prob the only player better than me the whole career I played at a legendary difficulty and got an insane stats of 114 goals and 115 assist as a left forward I won every type of cup including the wc with Portugal an headache as I carried them to the semi and then was benched against France had to resim till we won 😤 one thing I’ll say it’s broken about this game are the coaches choices in both Barcelona and city I only got to play like 20/30 max matches the whole season even tho I was better than most player in that position but for the rest I had fun tbh if you want your player to grow quickly I suggest to play him as a left mid more time allowing you to play as a winger or left forward but this year I made the mistake to make him a left forward but didn’t affect me much as I was still be able to assist consistently I suggest you to concentrate on assist as well and not only goals as they can give you a better match rating increasing your level a lot I didn’t use any punctuation cause this is a comment not an essay

just go to create a player in the main menu, make him as good as you want by getting the attributes as high as you want, add him to the team you want to play for, start career mode as a player, and select use real pro and select your own fully customized player

I started my career as ACM and after 5-6 season, I am one of the worlds best in my position with 91 overall and still growing. I have gone through so many clubs like Tottenham Hotspur, Barcelona, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and now again Tottenham Hotspur. My fav club is Manchester United, I think I will go again to MUN next season.

My player is a cam andna irish player he started of at man utd and then went out on loan the second season and didnt get to play on loan at all now i am leaving man utd for Everton for more game time made a move to real Madrid
Dont start at a big club or you'll always go on loan.. I started out at Everton and performed very well in the pre-season so when the season started I got some chances and I took it and that was it I became a regular starter

I done the complete opposite I started at m’gladbach and won the Europa league in my first season then moved to Arsenal in the following summer as I was playing ST instead of my position CAM. In the second season I am about to win the prem with Arsenal I won the carabao cup and in the fa cup and Europa league finals all while having Elneny playing RB and Tierney at CDM with Torreria at LM. This mode has so much potential but EA just don’t care they could make clubs sign players in positions of needed upgrade, add cutscenes, be able to come off the bench , be part of the youth academy ( meaning play youth games against other youth teams ) change positions and so much more
when I was at dortmund (86 ovr) as a cam they kept playing me at the RB spot and kept playing Depay at CB. the only way I could fix it was transferring to Athletico Madrid

I did that too and almost all the big names got transferred/loaned out on me leaving me with some lower tier teammates. Made it harder to score as the striker. Thinking about asking for a transfer after the season is over.

I used to start my player in Mexico then work my way to the Elite.
In 18 or 19 i started at Pumas, then transferred to Man City as an 87 rated striker, then went to PSG, after winning the champions, i requested another transfer (overbloated with strikers with Cavani, Mbappe, my player, and they transferred for Gabriel Jesus)
Then went to Real, it was the best

Apart from Clubs, Player career mode has the most potential, but is ruined by many things like unrealistic Position changes, the skill move bug and many other small unrealistic errors. As someone who plays 10+ years into player career saves, EA need to work on the mode to make it playable
Bruh my player was a CF but was suddenly put in LW yet instructed to play like an LDF. Everywhere i position my player, it always says "poor positioning".
Hold L1 button whenever opponents have the ball, will redirect your player come to the right position

The one thing I disagree is playing with team I was originally centre midfielder in Aston and I got transferred to bayan and they put me in left back and I love it cuz I'm defence I'ma offencive wing back who has the ability like wan bissaka and create the play and cross in the box but hence that I was a left mid u also had the ability to skill and cut inside the box and bang a finesse shot on goal it's really good playing as your player and I acc recommend bieng a left back it's a crucial role

Yeah fellow united brother I started at bayern and got a loan offer for mattesburg in the Austrian bundesliga I've played 14 games scored 20 goals and 11 assists I'm 76 overall at 16 I was 67 overall I've grown massively in only 3 months I'm looking to head out of bayern next season when I return from my loan for a Premier league team like Southampton or West ham so I can play on my preferred LM position and for Germany I played 1 game got a goal and assist ill tell you my stats at the end of my career when I'm 36 I might get 500 plus goals if I keep my form up I'm right footed so I cut inside from the left and it's super affective for my incredible goal scoring ability although I put my self as a playmaker because I'm a better finisher in fifa I wanted to even things out that's why I have 11 assists in 14 games but I'd like to go to the prem to make a name for myself then move back to bayern go real madrid or my club man united I would not like to join barca since they play a bigger possession game compared to the others and I thrive on the counter destroying defences

I was a cam playing for Salzburg and decided to go on loan because I got barely any game time. Preston played me at left back. LEFT BACK. After a while, I got to 87 ovr and I signed for Man Utd. Garner plays cam, even tho he’s a CDM. I’m playing RM and Dan James is playing CDM. Just put me as cam, James as RM and Garner as CDM!!!
I always start in the mls then transfer to pl or la liga in July. It gives you a few extra months to get your rating up

I have created an inglish CAM that start in the MSL and now I have 23 years 93OVR and I have been transfer to Real Madrid where I win the SEXTETE and now I dont play that carrer mode because I think it dont have sense because I win everything

They totally need to combine career mode and pro clubs to make a proper career mode and involve a few cutscenes like from the journey
going on loan actually helps.
What i do in career is be a son of a legend like Roy Keane and be aggressive and slide into challenges or be a different build like a really tall striker or like a full back and play like trent and wan-bissaka and stuff like that i think it is a lot more different and harder than being a 5’6 striker and bang in like a hatrick every game
Also if you want to watch a good My Player channel watch this youtuber called Fifafella he does a Journey man career and it is one the the funniest things i have watched this fifa
