Brussel sprouts are so delicious especially when they are roasted because I like to cut my brussel sprouts in half if they are too big season to my brussel sprouts with a little salt and pepper garlic powder and onion powder saute them with a little oil put them in the oven face down on a baking sheet and bake them for about 15 minutes they are so delicious

I hope that food in the freezer remains OK. You know you aren't supposed to refreeze things that were originally frozen and then thawed out. Just make sure it passes the smell test and cook it to the correct internal temperature when you're ready to cook it.

The Sprout are easy take them cut them in half and fry you some bacon and onions and take some oil and drizzle over your sprout then take your onions and bacon grease and all and put it on your cookie sheet and bake them at 350 and let them cook the way you like the sprout and thank God you have power
