Singer Justin Timberlake allegedly refused to take a breathalyzer test before he was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Long Island, according to court documents.

One drink is all it takes for a breath test to turn up positive. The who being a celebrity thing didn't work on police being star-struck to give him a pass. I don't even use mouthwash with alcohol as that gives a positive result on the breath test with Nypd.
