it used to be fun to play ! now it is suffering to play. dealing with fox3 with this plane (low flare) is a pain.
yeah, the plane is itself pretty decent, but like the current top tier makes it awful to play sadly
i heavily disagree. the SM is one of my best K/D planes since the patch. the meta is who can notch the most missiles while slinging more of their own and the SMs radar and armament set favors this HEAVILY. its radar may not have the overall situational awareness and reliable large scans like NATO planes do, but for the most part 29 radars are very hard to notch and have sloid tracks while also being able to pivot further to the side than most NATO aircraft which will let you get shots off while simultaneously notching incoming missiles. R73s are still insane if they see engines, R77s can pull some really wild stuff in closer ranges, and R27ERs are still the one of the best missiles in game if you know how to use em in the new meta
@@desertrecce5676 yeah but the thing is, the video is about the normal 27, not the SM lmfao. The SM is fine 'cause it gets the missiles which means you basically can go cold as soon as you fire the missiles, with the ERs you can't.
