Something that I noticed is that the fact that you are actually trying to take care of your health and body by eating normal portions most of the time while doing a career like this satisfies in every way. Not many people do this when it comes to asmr or Mukbangs because they’re eating so much just to get views and doing all these challenges that are so bad for there health and they act like they don’t care

The noodles you can literally buy off Amazon. They are spicy samyang noodles. Then get yourself a pack of mozzarella cheese that you can melt to pour or sprinkle on the noodles. No tutorial is really needed tbh. This meal is pretty basic to make.
