I have been up for promotion now 3 times and have interviewed 3 times. All three times I was told that I had the qualifications, that I had the right experience, that I gave a fantastic interview, and that I was an exemplary employee. When I asked, “If you all feel that way, what would you recommend for me to work on between now and the next promotion that comes available?” I was then told that there wasn’t anything that I could work on. That as long as a member of a minority race interviewed, I would not get the promotion even if I was more qualified. I was shocked. I asked why that mattered and was told it wasn’t personal against me but that the company had to protect itself from racial discrimination lawsuits. My boss and even a few of the supervisors from other departments that sat in on the interview process apologised to me and said that they would have loved to have had me joining them.
I’ve lost so much in opportunity, experience, and finance because I happen to be a white man. It wasn’t right when those things happened to others and it isn’t right that it’s happening (even now)to me. We live in a sad, silly, and pathetic world.

As another white male I have seen the mayhem this society projects towards whites in general and what males in particular, I saw it at work and was discriminated against, people told lies about me to get me into as much trouble as they could think of and it wasnt until my last 5 years being a teacher that I finally defended myself from it by ceasing all communication with woke liberals at my school. They talk inclusion but will throw YOU under the bus in a minute, without thinking! All the talk about white privilege, about Equity and Inclusion are just labels the left uses to connote attacking Whites whenever they can, dont even think there is a decent bone in their collective body, they want us DEAD, now when you see them talking their woke garbage thoughts, just remember what their real aim is, they want to erase you from history!! Remember who they are and what they want, so they wont foo you into complacency like they have everyone else!

In high school, my homeroom was one of three classrooms on the third floor. Early on during those years when a student went to bump me with his shoulder while going up or down the steps, I just bumped his shoulder in return. He just smiled. He may have played football. He was black. It never did amount to anything. Maybe it was a challenge. Maybe it was just a game. I was tall and sturdy. I had a reputation for hard tackling in sandlot football, but did not play for the team. Also, early in the 10th-grade I was at my wall locker when I was called whitey, white honky, or maybe just plain honky by a student several lockers down from me. I just called him the N word back. He laughed. I laughed, and that was it. That was the norm for those three years when we were at the lockers. No harm was done. I could tell a few stories about my Junior High School years or grades 7 - 9, but I was ready to move on a long time ago. P.S. That was in the 1970s.

Just a note on the wage gap. The video in Congress with the company that did the study, was done by women who just looked at all men and women regardless of job, hours worked, and a bunch of other factors. But the biggest shock to me was that they included women working part time or house wife's and put them against full time working men. That is so flawed. Go check it out.

I'm French/german. The worst of the white heritage if you listen to social media. Yet, i traveled the all world and i've never been so proud of my genes and culture from both background. There is a reason why we are flooded by hundreds of thousands of migrants each year exponentially. We felt empathy for decades. Not so much anymore.
Like we did many times in our history. Keeping strong values, until other civilizations forces us to forget all about them. Until we industrialize death by the million , until those dude playing victims will have a good reason to do so for the next century.

Never had a black person move to the side when walking, I’ve always done it. Never had a black person try to befriend me, but I’ve always extended the hand of friendship just to be rejected. I was raised in an Irish family, by Irish immigrant parents and I was raised to treat all people equally, I also raise my son to do the same, such a shame it’s not reciprocated.

I have 2 comments...
1- I was at Walmart two days ago.(I live in a very rural area)I'm sitting in my truck smoking a cigarette. Another vehicle pulled up a few spaces away. A black woman (passenger) got out and opened the back hatch to get something. A propane tank falls out and lands on her foot. She's obviously in pain. I get out of my truck and go to her asking if she's ok and if she needs help. I'm ignored. That's fine. She's in pain. I go grab the propane and bring it back to the vehicle and ask her again. Ignored. The driver gets out (black woman) and asks "what happened?" I tell her. The injured woman is making her pain noises and the other woman is trying to help/comfort her friend and asks again "what happened" I tell her... She asks again... Apparently she wanted the answer from the injured one. It didn't bother me that the injured one ignored me. She was hurt and focused on herself. The other one though didn't even look at me. Ignored me answering her questions. I put the tank down and went back to my truck. The moment that tank was placed on the ground near their vehicle, the driver stopped paying attention to her friend and went for the tank to put it away. She heard me. She knew I was there. She just did whatever it took to not interact with me whatsoever.
2- in 2015 a study was conducted by the US government. It asked people of many races how important their race was to their identity. 7% of white people said that it was very important... 72% of black people said it was very important. This same government is currently saying that white supremacy is the #1 threat to this country. Interesting
The past couple of years I've started doing the same thing as those women did to you. When I go out in public I don't see them, speak to them, or even acknowledge their existence. I figure if I do that then there's no way I could possibly "offend" them in any way. 🙂

I experienced some anti-white racism in the Chicago O'Hare airport. Black lady was working on the security check-in line. I put my stuff in a bin and put it on the conveyor. There's people behind me so I don't bother pushing it forward since I know it will go in just a second. Lady forces me to come back through the line again after being scanned so I could push my bin through the thing. Apparently she couldn't just have helped out. What they are paying her to do exactly, I'm not sure.
@@teh_jibblerdude, this one may have been part of their policy for security reasons. I have had the same thing happen with metal detectors and they don't want to touch it in case you claim they stole or added something to it.

I’m an American whose grandparents came from Europe post WW2. We are German and Russian Jews and I love all my European friends. I think it’s bizzare how many people in America esp people of color hate white people for slavery yet none of them were even alive during slavery? It makes zero sense to me. I was in an English 102 class at the University of Louisville in 2015 and I had a professor who was of the belief that men couldn’t be the victims of domestic violence and white people couldn’t be the victims of racism and the like. She took those opinions into account when grading our work. Let me remind you, this was English 102, not some gender studies class or social studies or anything… Freshman year English and writing. It was insanity. I refused to bow down specifically to men cannot be the victims of domestic violence and one of my grades suffered for it. Eventually I had to escalate it to the head of the department and then the dean but in the end I was able to get a regrade from a different professor… it was to nobody’s surprise I got a better grade from the objective grader.
