Hi Laura. Sorry, that's a question for the lawyers. If at any point during the application they ask have you been denied entry into a country then I imagine answering honestly will be the right thing to do. But I would suggest asking a lawyer for professional advise on how to go about it.

Hi there. Sorry, but without a gmc registration, you will not qualify for the visa. And to have gmc registration, you need PLAB or one of the membership college exams. Secondly, you can only use oet for this visa if that is what you used to obtain full gmc registration. That is my understanding based on personal experience. Please note that if you are looking for immigration advice, then consult a lawyer instead.

Both CoS should have the number mentioned on them. You should be able to check. Generally one would use just one CoS to apply for the visa. But if your situation is a bit unusual or complicated then speaking to an immigration lawyer would be prudent.

Well, technically, no. As a doctor, you need to have gmc registration, which you could get done with oet. So in that regard, you don't necessarily need IELTS.

Whenever you are realistically going to be travelling. And keep HR up to date about your plans.

Yes ofcourse. You can say your work will begin from that date but you need to arrive sooner to get settled in or even look for accommodation.

THIS IS THE MAIN PROBLEM ....FROM WHERE DO WE CAN GET COS.....
Your UK employer will send you a CoS. This will only be sent after you have successfully secured a job with them.

Normal processing time is 3 weeks. Priority would be 5 days. Depends on your circumstances and if you can comfortably afford it.

You could upload both. Try to be as clear and accurate as possible. Changing up things can be risky.

Hi Pontin. Sorry but I can't give immigration advice. I suppose this depends on what you think would be more reasonable. Cancelling and reapplying OR Highlighting the mistake in your cover letter. It is better to ask a lawyer if unsure.

Both CoS should have the number mentioned on them. You should be able to check. Generally one would use just one CoS to apply for the visa. But if your situation is a bit unusual or complicated then speaking to an immigration lawyer would be prudent.

Well, technically, no. As a doctor, you need to have gmc registration, which you could get done with oet. So in that regard, you don't necessarily need IELTS.
