What program do you use for that motion blur effect, still new to after effects but I’m trying to learn what people use instead of extended video export
Unfortunately the Motion Blur in the video is From the use of Extended Video Export. However if you're using FiveM for cinematics you can use RSMB (motion blur) to create a similar looking blur.
@@RyseLao honestly appreciate it, I have people asking me to make fivem trailers(I use SP mostly), but I had to realize fivem doesn’t support eve anymore, so I’ll just try and learn rsmb
