Yes, indeed what a find in terms of the price! Thanks for sharing.
Great tour. Asian holidays are very affordable and good value for money.
+VB Ed Yes it's a little bit outside the town of El Nido itself but for the price it is definitely worth a 5 minute trip into town on a motorcycle
I stayed at Greenview across the street, which was a nice place as well, but costs more.
I had a chance to check out Novies for a couple of meals and looked at their accommodation. I would definately stay there when I go to El Nido again.
Good Vid!
Great video Michael ! Thank you sir. Looks like a great place to stay. Good picture of you at the end of the vid Michael with the Twin Towers in the background.
+Danekind66 And on a side note the boat you see me standing on was actually a 21 foot wooden cabin cruiser I built in my backyard and the day that that picture was taken was its maiden voyage July 3, 1976 and a day to remember I might at I also have some pictures of my dad's tugboat with over 200 people on the deck of the boat itself which is laid up next to the peer at the World Trade Center if I can ever find those pictures I will put them on Google.
Thanks for stopping by and the comment

first I want to say thank you, I have watched all your videos. I am really glad you got to see that place and got those prices. I believe that's the place they want to put the 2 U.S. bases and it will never be the same. like you said in Alona beach video about putting in a big hotel.
+Donkey Punch THAT LOWLIFE IN WASHINGTON HAS COME ONCE AGAIN TO FUND THE PHILIPPINES WITH ZIONIST BANKERS FIAT PAPER.!
2 Years AGO WHEN I Got HERE WE HAD 25 YEAR OLD BUSES AND PURE JUNK CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT BUILDING ROADS ...
OBAMA CAME IN EARLY 2014...AND MADE A DEAL TO PUT 7 MILITARY BASES WHICH WILL BING IN 7,000,000 WORKERS AND SOLDIERS AND THAT IMO...WILL DESTROY THE CULTURE WITH DRUGS...PROSTUTION AND RED LIGHT DISTRICTS...!

My Dad once told me that for $300 per month, you can rent an air Conditioned beach front room in a resort in Northern Luzon. And it comes with breakfast lunch and dinner. If you paid one month in advanced, you got free afternoon snacks!
Anyone else thinking book a room in this establishment long term, live the life and go explore this area of Palawan? Michael, truly this hotel is a real gem and we thank you for sharing. BTW,,,are you back at home base yet and working on the studio again?

Sir on this particular video you are talking about your room being 400 pesos and 1,500 pesos in high season or per month. Please in the future clarify that to your viewers. I have watched several of your videos and it has not been explained per/month, Per/Day? I think all of the other viewers are confused as well.Thank you, Glenn
The room rates change with the season And if you watched the whole videos all rates were precisely explained by the owner in the latter half...thanks 4 ur comments
Where is this even at? What city are you even in? That info would be great. I f I get there in 2017 I am going to get you in shape for a very cheap fee and if we were to hit it off maybe for free. You have my email .Glenn
Glenn Capitanio lets go
i'm from NYC too, a new yorker in the PHILIPPINES makes for entertainment, they are so friendly and good looking over there. in NYC you wouldn't see 1 happy face. when i'm in NYC i say hi to a stranger they look at me like i'm A-hole.
+Paul “Tampatec” Fusco I worked in many buildings on Park Avenue in Central Park East and West between 59th St. and 89th St. and you could say hello to 1000 people without getting a response so I know what you are talking about.
Actually I installed a Jacuzzi and turned an entire basement into a pool for David Rockefeller at which point I spent almost 2 months on Central Park East around 80th St. having lunch and I don't ever remember a single person saying hello back.
Lots of models lots of prostitutes high-end prostitutes that is and lots of rich people beyond anybody's imagination but no one said hello unless you are doing business with them
So I understand your mindset perfectly well
HoodwinkedbyanAngel Michael Fazio lol, well from one new yorker to another "hi" i think i'm going to move to a place where they say hi back. maybe cuba or somewhere near florida.
RIP Bro
So you can rent the room and they throw Jason in for only 400 more pesos? What a great deal!
Very great deal. I went to Iloilo 1st class hotel. I paid only $200 a week.
what area is this in,,,there city
very nice it is
WHAT A GREAT DEAL IN A NICE PART OF PALAWAN {[ ELNIDO ]}..
HoodwinkedbyanAngel Michael Fazio how much is a nice place hotel or apartment ,,,for monthly ? you do a very good Job with making these videos. I would like to do this...you go to different places meet different people...and have fun while you are doing this. so keep the videos coming...Ok
by the way the tourism department is planning to illegalize price hike during high season. Lets hope it will pass.
+M Sub And well they should make this completely illegal because one prices on the Internet and one price is over the phone and another price once you get to the registration counter depending on availability.
I have found this to be very frustrating to say the least and thanks for the comment
+HoodwinkedbyanAngel Michael Fazio it is very frustrating thats why studies are being made before implementing. It will improve the tourism industry but it will also cause deflation, which is bad for the owners. So its tourism Prosperity vs Greedy owners.
+HoodwinkedbyanAngel Michael Fazio And also I should be the one thanking you, Because Vloggers like you give us the insight of really whats going on and changes that should be done in the future. More power to you and the others.
M Sub ITS my pleasure & your welcome
Hey go put that menu back, what's wrong with you??????
$10...holy crap
+Bill Gambino Yes Bill I have found a few good deals in the Philippines but nothing compared to this place and its prices although if you watch the video you will see the prices change in the tourist season so I would suggest you email them all look at the current prices on the websites.
But by no means should you ever use a booking agent online especially agoda.com Or any other online booking agency booking hotel rooms in the Philippines because I have only use them on 4 occasions and 3 of those occasions I have had serious issues with what they were selling as opposed to what I received when I got to the hotel's themselves.
Aside from that once you get to any of the hotels you can simply look at the rooms and if you like them and they say their prices are in fact higher because your booking in person just tell them you will take out your computer and booking online.
At which point they will give you the best price and probably even a better price than online booking because they don't have to pay a 3rd party for advertising costs.
On 2 occasions I paid half of the online booking price when I went there in person to the counter and told them I would simply book it online and then they gave me what is called the Filipino price which was precisely AND I mean PRECISELY half the online price.
Aside from that there are 50 other hotels in most tourist destinations in a very small radius and in less than 2 hours and find a better deal if they won't give you a reasonable price.
So I suggest to anyone looking to book a hotel that tells you on some worthless booking site that there are only 2 rooms left and you must book immediately to save one of the last 2 rooms... THAT IS A LOAD OF CRAP... Unless it is the week before Christmas till 3 days after New Year's there are always thousands of open rooms in every destination.
Only for those 2 1/2 or 3 weeks is every hotel room in the Philippines booked up solid and the rest of the year there is typically a 40 to 60% vacancy in every hotel
+Marco Herrera
Where's your math or even calculator Marco? $10×40= P 400.00. I booked a high end sweet hotel in Iloilo it's 1200 pesos per day. My 1 week is only a little more that $100. Yes that's how cheap if you have a $ in your pocket. We have a house but no aircondition there so we end up in hotel with my FilAm kids. Of course if you're a Pinoy the whole town also wants to sleep in that hotel, you have no rest, that's the downside of it. But the good part is you get to see your family and friends and of course the one I missed....the sound of the rooster and the noise of the jeepney.
Don't most Phillip ones speak English. I work with many nurses from there and they all say they are moving back.
youre a humble simple living macho man,
yeh hahaha she totally confused me also
unplanned conversations, can be like that Steve
Room No 8 = 1500 peso not 400 peso
God day rabbi, the creators of the dollar bill,do you think they are still here? I certainly do!
+MrNutts1973 Whatever it was that created the dollar bill has been here for 1 billions NOT millions of years and I doubt they are about to leave anytime soon. In fact I think they are getting ready to wipe us all out once again and start another experiment with the human genome
+HoodwinkedbyanAngel Michael Fazio They are called vlash,(type of reptilian)had one present itself to me 3 years back (awake and sober lol),7 foot tall at least, leather battle gear, dark olive colour, froze me with most intense energy but i showed no fear and told it to piss off, orbs appeared before and after which were there to support me as they felt like good energy! Have been subbed to a channel for last couple of weeks learning about the aliens out there! Cheers mike, would love to catch up in person with u one day!
+MrNutts1973 I should probably do my experience of being abducted on 2 different occasions and just to let you know how real it was they actually took me and the vehicle I was driving at the time and move me over 60 km from where I started on both occasions.
They had dreadlocks with dark skin but in no way shape or form that I ever feel any kind of fear I do believe even though they look scary that they were in fact benevolent beings.
At least that is the impression I got at the time and both times I was missing 3 hours approximately of time itself so I do believe you although other people may think we are crazy but in fact we are some of the chosen few.
They do watch just about everything I do not much I can tell you without getting into any great detail.
Thanks very much and maybe one day we will catch up with each other
+HoodwinkedbyanAngel Michael Fazio Oh yeah,we will see each other in person, either on the battlefield so to speak or a nice holiday lol! This channel if interested is 'Alien HumanKind',the weird thing is this time exactly 3 years ago i was energized with something (maybe end of mayan calender drawing near),and now the same energy again! I found your channel back in 2012 through manny,i have found this channel through meeting someone through Dahboos channel! Yeah i remember you telling me about one of your abductions! 2017-2022 does this time period resonate something with you?IF IT DOES I REALLY THINK YOU SHOULD SUB THE CHANNEL,god day rabbi
Lovely! What about safety: If you leave things like a computer an cameras in the room, is it safe? It looks like easy to get in those rooms. Are those a bit more pricey also without hot water? How cold is the water for shower? They could have it under the sun outside and make it hot for free! ¿ What is the best way to get to El Nido From Cebu or from Davao,
Ella lol
hi Michael my neighbor room,

It sounds like this Yankee gringo has never traveled. If this place was in the US he would never have stayed there. I'm not being mean...just an honest opinion.
