at first, you would think the advanced compass would be great. but, if you've discovered a lot of caves and have a lot of villages, or put down a lot of map markers, the compass HUD quickly becomes overly cluttered, to the point where you can't even see the compass anymore (because the compass renders behind the map markers).
They should make it so you can make cheese using the food processor, milk, and mushrooms. If they want to change things up, add a normal mushroom just for the cheese, not just the slurp, and beef up the slurp drink in some way. Also, if they want to keep cheese as epic items, have it so you can only make it in a grassland cave. The more difficult an item is to make, the higher the level. Also, maybe have the other caves produced other foods, like ice-cream in the frozen caves.

I got the legendary orange flipper and a legendary cuddly jelly fish, I also somehow caught one of those Llama’s that spawn on the map. I made some epic bait but while fishing other spots across the map for the fishing quests I noticed the epic fishing spots appear to spawn pretty regularly so not much needs for the bait. You have to explore to find them though, use the spy glass to spot them epic spots, they’re a lot easier to see at night. The game is buggy af today, I found Bob but no matter what I did he wouldn’t join my village. Edit: The survival compass is a nightmare, everything you’ve ever put on the map shows up along with every cave you’ve found and with all that on there you can’t see the cardinal points or anything in between.

bro i just want actual good things for vehicles to be added. like bearing or rotation bearings and a driver seat. that way people don't see complicated builds on CZcams and just go 'aw that's to much work and i don't have time for that' i want to actually be able to drive a car not make a station then 4 different contraptions to turn left and right and move forward and back
Nothing screams "balanced" like trading in a 10 minute "resist heat" item to make an item to help at getting a hard to catch fish to create a much harder to make 4 minute "resist heat" item. Switch the minutes on those two items. Sushi's nice, tho
If you catch legendary fish, save them! Lego Fortnite has said that they will be adding a way to display them in the future and with the new way to make glass (digging sand and cooking it) im predictiong a fish tank because theres files saying you will also be able to use the same digging animation but on snow in the future. What the snow will be used for though, who knows, but if you cook snow you get water, possibly used to fill the tank 🤷♂️ I could be way off and it could be something simple as a wall mount. Hopefully not though
You missed the new builds in the shore. Biome, you can build 3 different types of fishing dogs with upgrading your village in the shore biome. But if you already have a level ten, you have to destroy it and Do the upgrades again
I stopped messing with this awhile ago. The villager production is annoying and makes no sense, and what I mean by that is simple things like producing bars. Brightcore is annoying to farm. Once I discovered my villagers could make copper bars I was excited. So from there I figure. I get a biome out in Frostlands and I can also get them to produce Iron bars. Right? Wrong! They only produce copper bars. Why wouldn't villager production change in different biomes? It's stupid that it doesn't, and until they fix that and the endless glitches in the game. I won't be logging into that again.
Fortnite have fumbled this mode so badly, there should have been a big update a couple weeks after it launched rather then it getting basically no new content, its a shame because this mode had buckets of potential.
This definitely doesn't change everything....it merely gave us a few hours of play we didn't have prior

I found if you sit below a floor, and right before the character sits, switch to build mode it transports you to the floor above. It's about timing
The hud in the survival compass only will keep track of all map marker items and poi within 500 meters from your location.

These changes are good for new players, but mean little to everyone else. The survival compass coulda maybe been good if it wasn't so cluttered.
