Hey Kevin, nice to see you back. I actually met you on the Enchanted back in November while we were in the Med. I totally agree with you on the longer cruises...I'm currently on the Island Princess for a 111-day world cruise. I do a similar thing to you...solo cruiser, inside cabin, minimal excursions. Sold my house two years ago, now I cruise nearly full-time. Made elite in 5 months!

So happy you're back in action on YT and on the high seas. Agree with you about inside cabins. Paying less has allowed us to cruise more, and got us to Elite on Princess pretty quickly a decade ago. Looking forward to seeing your vlogs of your journey. In about a month from now, we'll be heading out ourselves on a 32 nt. Princess adventure (single itinerary) - to some exotic, and mostly new to us, places. Have fun!

@@30AndAWakeUp One of our faves: Sapphire Princess. Did 17 nts. through Southeast Asia on her back in 2016. Really nice, pretty ship. Love the covered and quiet mid-aft pool, the 5 MDR's, the wide full circuit Promenade deck, and the unique, large, comfy, and actually useable Internet Cafe.
I agree with you on those beds! I have chronic insomnia and I slept like a baby onboard! I was afraid it would be too soft but it was like sleeping cocooned in a cloud! Have fun and enjoy!

I have been waiting for you to post on your next cruise…this one looks great. Last summer I did the Alaska cruise on the Sapphire Prince for 14 days out of Vancouver…best cruise ever! I did love my Princess cruise from Beijing to Bangkok for 16 days years ago & that’s what hooked me on Princess Cruise Line. Happy Sailing ⛵️

Yeah, I think Fort Lauderdale is my favorite cruise port. They’ve done a nice job there with all the new construction.

I always split the bed when I’m in an inside cabin. That way I have a nice walkway in the middle and I use the spare bed to put stuff on.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't just a wee bit jealous, Lol! Sounds like an EPIC itinerary for a cruise, although as much as I'm down with "at sea" days, I would want to stay in/ around Hawaii for a longer stretch -- just because I've never been and I'm sure I would want to explore for at least 30 or 45 days.
If you let me know when you're in Vancouver, I'm more than happy to show you around -- I'm a short hop from the cruise terminal via the Seabus from North Van.
My epic multi-year road trip is probably delayed while both Ecuador and Columbia are currently looking like small scale disasters --- in the meantime I'm thinking of Thailand for a while ( 90 or 180 days).
Oh, I noticed we're sporting matching facial hair, lol! Enjoy the high life on Princess my friend!

It's good, if you're going to be on a ship that long, you pick the right brand. I went only on one Princess cruise, and found the food better, than say, Norwegian. Hopefully when you get off the ship, you can enjoy some local foods too. Interesting that it moves around. I would have though the ship would have stayed in the same route for multiple passes.
