Musalia Mudavadi: If I am so strong then I should bring my experience to public service. Any CS avoiding summonses will be doing so at there own peril. we must cultivate a culture of respecting institutions, I will not hesitate to encourage members of cabinet to make sure they respect parliamentary summonses. It maybe useful to reflect on the standing orders to bring in more accountability from the executive so that some of the issues can be answered ana kwa ana.
