humm that's an interesting idea for a new bug poke-..... Awwwww, he's gotta lil helmet and a mustache, and he's got li'l feetsies! That is one of the best fakemon designs i've seen, not overly complex, but does every element of it is well executed.
Loved the concepts behind the fakemon in this video! I like how strong and intimidating Shonosect is. I would have never expected a firefly pokemon to be like that but it works so well! And a dark cat pokemon based on the Tatzelwurm that becomes part dragon upon evolution? Genius!
Out of all fakemon YTers your designs look consistantly the most like modern pokemon to me. Great concepts! Also, I just realized the cat/snake cryptid was probably just a large ferret species. That family is insanely strong and can kill things much bigger than them. Wolverines can kill polar bears and moose. A large weesle would be very scary and definitely could kill pigs, sheep, and chickens.
Hmm. I'd put a second stage between Lizat and Tatzelgon and make the final evolution a high level evo. That or just make sure that the dusk stones aren't found until after the fourth gym or something. Fun designs though. Very creative.
I have a suggestion for a fakemon: an horse pokémon that could have inspiration from the Equites orders from Roman Empire, Chariot races and of course the Prancing Horse from Scuderia Ferrari, the most iconic motorsport team of all time. The theme behind this fakemon is racing, from chariot racing to Formula 1
