This was an intense experience in the theatre.
Yeah especially on IMAX
the gun shots were so shockingly loud. Felt like IRL
@@epicsam2000 Jesse Plemmons literally showed up and shot me in the theatre. I appreciated the commitment to realism but it really hurt.
Could cut the tension with a knife. The gun shots were insanely loud, like loudest I've ever heard in the theatre. Especially the "What kind of American are you" scene.
It's my favourite movie of the year. Probably the best audio experience I've ever had in a theatre.
Fun fact: Kirsten Dunts and Jesse Plemons are married!
Another Civil War in the US is not likely. Still, it could get close enough considering the current state of affairs. We can view this film as a cautionary tale. An actual civil war here would be far more horrific than this movie.
I think it is very likely depending on the elections and if Trump goes to prison. It’ll anger a lot of people, but yeah another American Civil War would be very devastating if I were you I’d stack up on supplies just incase.
Project 2025 if it happens could start a civil war to be honest
@@JohnDoe-gh8sk The gravy seals ain't gonna do sht 😂
@@scarymonsterrsthose gravy seals will do more than your lazy ass will ever do in your whole life
@@scarymonsterrsyou really think the military is gonna support 90lb queers that burn the us flag. Turn to history, the Spanish civil war for example
This movie really gave me a very weird feeling in my stomach. I'm not even American, but to see this kind of scenario play out in this not-too-fictional US, where the rule of law has clearly collapsed and all sides are gleafully commiting war crimes was sickening. I hope this movie can be a reminder for those throwing around terms like "civil war" casually, what happens when societies collapse, what the horror of war really looks like. I think that's why it was clever to not go into the details of the situation unfolding in the movie, because it was never about that. It was hinted at that this fictional president had done some nasty things, but were those "liberators" any better? Executing unarmed staff, not giving the man, whatever he did, a trial. I think whoever won this war didn't matter, the country was already destroyed.
And this kind of thing happens all over the world, it's just happening in societies that are not "western".
Great reaction! 🙂
Your an intelligent young man asking all the questions you did and pointing things out that ive never heard anyone pint out im suprised. You dont look much older then 20 most folk that age dont pay attention to much
I saw this in Imax and the gunshots were beafy.
The Hawaiian shirts guys are the Boogaloo Bois.
Just in case you didn’t know, every state has Air and Army National Guard who follow the state, they have their own arms, gear, vehicles. Not hard to believe that the Western Forces (19 states; including California, Texas, Florida, IE) would have the assets that they do. Not to mention the active duty components and local militias that would join the WF
The western forces, republic of California, second republic of texas, and the Florida alliance aren't the same group. They're just fighting together to get rid of the government and then they'll most likely fight each other, like the movie says
There were 2 other factions, the WF we’re just the most well-equipped (California and Texas)

Great reaction! you noticed and pointed out great things about the movie
To add to the comment about Greenland, during his presidency, Trump had expressed interest to sell the US territory of Puerto Rico to buy Greenland after Puerto Rice was devastated by Hurricane Maria.
💯
You guys are too intelligent for youtube.
Eh. Seems like Hollywood directors idea of Civil war.
I would save Skull if she was ever captured by Jesse Plemons.
This movie will seem like a documentary if the MAGA cult were allowed to have it's way.
