Hey guys! Loving the show and has really helped me start getting back into the swing of TCG. When the Keldeo + Rayquaza battle arena decks release in Australia I was planning to pick them up. I was wondering if I could get your advice in regards to what staples or cards which would add to either of these decks to make them a bit more competitive? I'm on a pretty small budget.
Didn't K's scizor at the end come into play during N's turn, since the turn only ends after all effects of the attack are resolved and change of the active does count as one? I'm not sure, can anyone confirm it?
According to Pokemon TCG Online, Scizor does not get the bonus damage for becoming the active Pokemon after a KO. That's how it worked when I tried it.I would assume that's how it would work irl.
Do the flareon generations and charizard stoke strategy get energies by stoking and use the ability from flareon blaze ball to get the energies on it and then use it's attack to do big damage flareon's attack : base damage 50 + does 20 more damage for each fire energy attached to this Pokémon

Everyone is commenting that N should have won but K still had a Float Stoned Shaymin on his bench. While K's interpretation of how turn order works is still disgustingly inaccurate he still had game regardless.
dragonarcher89 yup because specifically speaking the time after your opponent attacks and before you draw actually counts as "between turns". The one indicator for that is that your turn only begins AFTER you draw, anything that happens before you draw counts as between turns.
N missed played. If he put on the energy to the active MEWTWO instead of the benched MEWTWO he would have had a better chance. He could've done more damage to the the mega scizor and then Lysandre it out for the KO.

TripleAGaming steelix is not that good of a deck but my advice for running it would be to have as much energy acceleration as possible so Steven and professors letter are a 3-4 mandatory plus a lot of energy will be needed as said before me hoops is a must but getting energy out of the discard should be used aswell if you run it in expanded bronzong would work great or possibly blastoise, emboar or electrik but all of those were rotated out and not in standard anymore
yesterday someone stole my card then next day he showed me it then I said that is mine then he put it in his bag he saw me go in his bag and take it out

The ruling on Scizor's Gale Thrust is that it does not deal the bonus damage after a switch from a knockout.

n is right, scizors attack does not work if ur active pokemon gets knocked out and u put scizor as ur active pokemon.
